Teacher's experience in the competition class: 1 blooms in June. Colorful flowers adorn the landscape of our school, while dark green leaves obscure the early summer scenery. Mosquitoes and birds are enjoying a wonderful summer time in their own world. In this beautiful season, our school ushered in the seventh teaching-research cooperation in Liuzhi Special Zone-the Skills Competition for Young Chinese Teachers in Primary Schools. Teachers' collective class activities and real Chinese classes make me more interested in Chinese teaching in primary schools, and every time I participate in activities, I gain something. Let me talk about my own experience.
First, the charm of language art of teachers
I was moved by the plain language of seven teachers, their infinite care for students, their persistent study of knowledge and their teaching art full of wisdom. When I listen to these teachers, I feel that the language charm of teachers can arouse students' hearts? For example, when teacher Zhao Hongqiong was teaching Ryan's Dream, she asked students to watch some children starving in the cold zone and listen to the teacher's introduction. Her expressive language aroused the students' thinking. She asked the students to find the relevant paragraphs of "Ryan's Dream" in the text, and then what did he do? Finally, it embodies his patriotic spirit. At the same time, I also feel the hardships of the working people.
Second, the method of mastering teaching materials is unique.
Several teachers have their own unique grasp of the teaching materials. Among them, I prefer Mr. Liu's teaching-rigorous and scientific. Her classes are interlocking. The introduction of scenes makes the teaching design smooth. "Throw it to students and let them think for themselves, so as to answer their doubts", let them experience what they have learned from thinking and remind them of the idea that I can do it and I can do it. Seemingly ordinary questions lead students' thinking to a higher level and explore the world. Teacher Wen's class is amiable and seemingly dull, but it shows exquisite foundation and superb teaching wisdom.
Third, skill style.
These teachers are typical and innovative in selecting materials, such as Hydrology, Three Delineations and American Reading. The font frame structure shows the physical beauty of men in China. Especially when reading American literature, it is cadenced and poetic, giving people a feeling of similarities and differences.
In a word, the development of this live contest shows the elegant demeanour of Chinese teachers in southern primary schools in China. This is the result of the new curriculum reform. I am convinced that wonderful on-site activities will further sublimate the classroom reform in our town in the future.
Teachers' experience in class competition II. I am the first teacher among all the subject teachers who participated in the class competition in the district. There is too much pressure before and during the game. But fortunately, I survived these pressures and won the first battle on behalf of the school. Today, I want to talk about my feelings of participating in this competition from the following aspects.
First of all, in this competition, when other schools are still sending some teachers with rich teaching experience or class experience to participate in the competition, our school resolutely sent us newcomers to training. As long as there is a new teacher, the school will send representatives to participate in the competition. I remember at the preparatory meeting of the competition, the school leaders made it clear that this competition is to hit the first prize! We know that the school is mainly considering putting pressure on us to get everyone involved in this competition, but we also know that the main purpose of the school is to use the platform of county-level competition, hoping that we can grow up as soon as possible through this exercise. So I want to thank the school leaders for their trust and training, which provided us with such a good growth platform. From the beginning to the present, the school has built many good platforms for the growth of new teachers, such as tutorial system, giving classes to the whole school and so on. So thank the leaders for their tolerance and encouragement, which is the foundation of our growth and development.
Secondly, taking part in this competition gives me the greatest feeling that the collective strength is strong. From the top of the group to the bottom of each group, members actively contribute their wisdom and strength to the competition. I have a real feeling about the linkage effect of our school. This kind of motivation and mechanism makes our school stand out from the competition very easily, because we polish and think together, which is the wisdom and crystallization of collective strength. At the same time, the school teachers also actively provide various conveniences for our participation. When a subject is still in the competition, some people care about the result. It is this concern that binds our hearts together.

Teachers' Participation Experience 4 165438+ 10 On October 8th, I was lucky enough to participate in the competition for young Chinese teachers organized by the further education school in our district and won the cover stone of "The First Volume of Chinese Grade Four" published by People's Education Publishing House. At the moment I knew I was going to take part in the competition class, I had a retreat in my heart: I haven't touched a book for half a year. Can I shoulder this heavy responsibility? I have hesitated, but on second thought, this is also my own exercise, such a rare learning opportunity, why not take it well? So, under the guidance of Wang Lan, I started my course.
What stopped me at first was the problem of choosing courses. Choosing a course seems simple, but it is related to the effect of a class. Because this timetable requires intensive reading of the first class hour, it is easier to master the division of class hours by choosing a text with clear structure when choosing courses. Secondly, in the choice of theme, we should take into account our own good style, which is more conducive to the play of a lesson. I have been struggling with these two issues for a long time. Although I can choose other versions of teaching materials, I think as a new teacher, it is easier to master and use the teaching materials of People's Education Edition. Combined with my own reality, I chose the second lesson of Unit 6 of the first volume of the fourth grade of People's Education Press as the content of this competition.
After determining the content, it is the writing of the teaching plan. I thought a lot before I started writing. How should I attend this course? What do I want to achieve? What kind of teaching method is suitable for fourth-grade students? ..... Many problems are entangled in my mind and I am at a loss. Finally, I decided to put everything aside and start from the origin. I regard myself as a student, pick up the textbook and read it while thinking: If I am a student, what do I want to learn from this class and what should I learn? With this goal in mind, I study the textbooks again. For the first time, I put the focus of this study on understanding the beauty of the stone, and wrote the first lesson plan. When writing lesson plans, I encountered a difficult problem: how to understand the key sentence, that is, people follow Guy Si Tong's sentence, and the focus of this sentence is "harmonious and orderly, clear waves and tall". How to understand these three words once again puzzles me. By referring to other excellent classes, I found that these words are easy to understand when they are related to the context, so as to understand the content of the text. So, I wrote this design into the teaching plan and gave my first trial lecture in Class One, Grade Four. However, the effect of this trial lecture is not ideal, and the teachers have given me many suggestions: First, the design of the course is not reasonable enough and needs further study; Secondly, in the design, the training of reading is not enough; The teacher's language is not refined enough and the hints are not rich enough.
Combined with the teachers' opinions, I revised the teaching plan for the first time. However, after the trial lecture in Yucai Primary School, Director Mo and Teacher Peng pointed out that my biggest injury in this class is that my understanding of curriculum standards is not deep enough, and the division of class hours is the biggest problem. For the first intensive reading class, there is a basic link, which is also the two most important links I neglected in this class-checking preview, that is, mastering new words and understanding the text content. So, at the suggestion of these two teachers, I revised the lesson plan for the third time. This revision can be said to be a "major operation", which almost overthrew everything before and started all over again. Re-established the teaching focus of this lesson-memorizing words and mastering the content of the text. After two days of revision, I went to Yucai Primary School for a second trial lecture. The commenting teachers this time are President Zhang and Director Mo. First, they affirmed my grasp of class hours, and also put forward more specific opinions: for example, the understanding of words is superficial and not deep enough; The training of children's reading is not enough, just taking a look and not guiding children to understand their feelings; The infiltration of learning methods is not enough and so on. At the suggestion of two teachers, I made some changes to the teaching plan again and set the final class procedure. Before class, Mr. Wang Lan said repeatedly that I must overcome students' habit of wordiness and repetition and make the language more refined.
In this way, with everyone's expectation, I stood on the podium of the competition class and successfully finished this class. Maybe the result of this course is not ideal, but I don't think that's the most important thing. Most importantly, I learned a lot from it that I couldn't learn in class. I know how to attend the first class of intensive reading, which is my greatest gain. I think what I get from this competition will benefit me for life.
