1. Fill out a simple form (it seems to be called a power of attorney or something), which is available in the collection center.
2. Submit documents, landing forms and other relevant entry and exit materials to the border police at the filing counter for registration;
3. Collect fingerprints and facial information. Self-service customs clearance can only be used after 48 hours of collection.
