Interview form and content
(1) The interview was conducted in the form of lectures, which mainly examined the teaching design, teaching methods, language expression, blackboard writing and teaching attitude of the interviewee. Each interviewee prepares lessons 15 minutes, and attends lectures 10 minutes. Candidates are invited to attend the interview with the original ID card and interview notice.
(2) The interview adopts a percentage system, rounded to three decimal places. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.
