Rules of China College Students' Physics Academic Competition

(1) The competition will be organized as a team, and individuals will not be accepted.

(2) Each team consists of 5 undergraduates (no limit to grade, but they can't be changed during the competition) and 1 team leader, who can be a student or a teacher.

(3) All colleges and universities in China can form teams to participate in the competition. In principle, each academic school 1 team. This competition takes Mandarin as the working language, and is conducted by drawing lots, grouping and group debate. Before the competition, each team will be divided into groups by drawing lots. Each team will participate in five rounds of preliminary competition, and three or four teams will participate in each round. In the process of drawing lots, it is necessary to avoid repeated encounters between the two teams. The winner of the five rounds of the preliminary round entered the final. Each round of competition is divided into three or four stages. If three teams participate, they will play three different roles at different stages, namely, positive, negative and commentator, and compete in three stages. If there are four teams participating in the competition, the four teams will play four different roles, namely, positive, negative, commentator and observer, and compete in four stages. The order of role conversion in each round is as follows:

When the three teams participate in the competition: 1 team, team 2, team 3 1, stage Rep (positive), Opp (negative), Rev (evaluation), stage 2, Rev (positive), Rep (negative), stage 3, Opp (negative), Rev (positive), each. The specific process is as follows: the process is limited (minutes), and the challenge contest topic is put forward in the opposite direction. 1, challenge the topic to accept or reject in the opposite direction. 1, the topic report is written in the opposite direction. 12, positive answer 2, negative preparation 3, negative report (five minutes at most). The pros and cons discuss 15. The pros and cons answer 3. Commentator preparation II. Critics report 4. Positive concluding remarks II. Jury question 5. A total of 55. The same round of competition, the topic can not be the same. The opposing party may question the positive party on any topic, except the following circumstances:

A topic rejected by Founder in previous competitions and this round of competitions.

B. The theme that Founder stated in the previous competition and this round of competition.

C. topics rejected by the other side in previous competitions and this round of competitions.

D the topics that the other party has already stated in the previous competition and this round of competition.

If there are less than five challenging questions, the above restrictions will be lifted in the order of DCBA. In all competitions of a team, the box can refuse challenging questions for three times without deducting points, and then deduct 0.2 points from the weighted index of the box for each refusal. A total of six times, no ranking, no participation in the awards. In physics competition, we hope that players can cooperate with each other and encourage them to help their teammates within the scope of obeying the rules.

When playing the role of head, tail or commentator, only the master speaks, and other players can:

A) Put forward specific questions and specific answers (including answering the judges' questions);

B) Provide language support throughout the competition;

C) Help to complete the experimental demonstration or provide technical support (such as computer demonstration);

D) pass the note to the speaker;

E) Make supplementary explanations on special issues during the discussion (only one player can speak at a time).

In a round of competition, after each stage, each referee scores the role performance of each team, and the score is an integer from 1 to 10. The average score of the referee group is regarded as the score (role score) of this stage. When calculating the first round results of the participating teams, the weight coefficients of different roles are different:

Front: × 3.0 (or less than 3.0, see competition rules);

Counterparty: × 2.0;

Commentator: × 1.0.

The score of each team in a round of competition is the weighted sum of the scores of each stage, and the score is rounded to one decimal place. The total score of each team is the sum of all five rounds of the team. Ranked according to the total score of the competition.

The results of each team in a round of competition are the weighted sum of the results of each stage, and the results are rounded to two decimal places. The total score of each team in the preliminary round is the sum of the results obtained by the team in all five rounds. According to the total score of the qualifiers, the top three entered the finals. If the total score of the preliminaries is the same, it will be decided by the number of wins of each team. If all the teams with the highest scores in the five rounds of preliminary competitions fail to enter the top three, it will be the fourth team to enter the finals.

Note: Weighting method: ((highest score+lowest score) /2+ other scores)/(number of people recommended-1)

-Discuss the facts in the report and avoid conflicts. Score (0-3) maneuver score (0- 1) total score (0- 10) Description:

The maneuver score is used to compensate the overall impression of team performance.

The total score can only be given in whole numbers. The judges of the 1. competition should be teachers from colleges and universities. In principle, each participating institution can send up to 3 judges, and the organizing committee can invite teachers from non-participating institutions as independent judges.

2. Each competition is judged by a judging panel composed of 5-7 judges, with the teacher as the judge and our school team avoiding it. At the same time, each judge tries to avoid judging the same team many times. In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition, the organizing Committee has formulated the following rules. The chairmen of the jury shall strictly implement these rules as far as possible.

Before the game:

1. The chairman introduces himself, then the judges introduce themselves, and finally the team leader introduces his team members.

2. Remind all contestants to observe basic etiquette and correct scientific discussion principles.

In the competition:

1. At the beginning of each competition stage, introduce the role of each team.

2. After the topic is determined, journalists from all sides will write their names on the blackboard or display their names in the PPT of the report.

3. During the competition, the team is only allowed to record video and audio during the presentation stage of its members.

4. The referee chairman announces the end of a link. After the preparation phase is over, the timing of the next phase will start immediately. After the presentation stage, the referee chairman may allow the speaker to make a final statement, but the duration shall not exceed 15 seconds.

5. In the process of preparing the report, if there are unexpected technical problems, the referee chairman can decide to extend the time of this link.

6. Players who need to use electrical experimental equipment (except laptops) must obtain the approval of the Organizing Committee in advance, and the referee chairman is responsible for implementing the decision.

7. The referee chairman should strictly control the time of each link, including the time for the referee to ask questions. If the referee's question has expired, the referee chairman can ask the referee to stop asking questions. If a player answers a question overtime, the referee chairman can ask him to stop answering. On the issue of time limit, the chairman should adopt the same standards for players and referees.

If someone interrupts the smooth progress of the game, the referee chairman can let him leave.

9. If you doubt the communication between team members and other non-team members, you should report to the Organizing Committee immediately after a certain stage.

10. Before displaying the score, the referee chairman should verify whether all the referees have written the score on the scoreboard and prepare the scoreboard.

1 1. If the referee's score is the only highest and lowest among all the scores, the chairman should ask the referee to make a simple explanation after scoring all the stages of the competition.

12. If the referee fouls seriously or repeatedly, the chairman should report to the referee. 1, in strict accordance with the "CUPT score table" index score.

2. During the competition, the referee should pay full attention to the performance of the players, and it is not allowed to whisper or discuss with others at the scene.

3. Only in the referee's questioning session can the referee ask questions or evaluate the players.

4, the referee's questions should be simple and clear, don't evaluate the player's performance; The answers to the questions should be simple and clear, and don't make any comments on the answers of the players.

5. The time for asking questions should not exceed 15 seconds, and the time for answering questions should not exceed 30 seconds. When other referees also have questions, one referee can only ask two questions at most.

6. Each referee's score should be objective and fair, and the performance of all players should be considered in the whole process, including answers and discussions.

7. Before the scores are displayed, all referees must write down their poor scores on the scoreboard. The presiding judge shall verify whether the score is appropriate, and shall not change the score after verification.

8. If there is only one highest or lowest score among all the referees, the referee should give a brief explanation after the scoring stage of the competition.

9. The referee should check the scores on the record sheet, and sign it after verification.
