Can I bring someone to the arbitration hearing?

Legal analysis: the arbitration tribunal generally adopts the system of hearing cases in private. That is, it is generally not allowed to participate. A person who requests to testify in court by one party is allowed to hold a hearing in the arbitration tribunal only with the consent of the arbitration tribunal and no objection from the other party; If journalists and visiting students need to attend the trial, they must obtain the consent of both parties and report to the person in charge of the association for approval. According to relevant laws, except those involving state secrets, the parties may agree that the arbitration shall be conducted in public, in which case the arbitration tribunal is allowed to participate in the hearing.

Legal basis: Article 134 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the people's court shall hear civil cases in public, except those involving state secrets, personal privacy or otherwise provided by law.
