operation sequence/order
(1) Quantization integration application.
The first category: migrant workers who have not applied for quantitative points and meet the application conditions, please provide relevant materials according to the Standard Table of Quantitative Points Evaluation and Scoring for Floating Population in zhenhai district (Version 3.0) (Provisional), go to the window of quantitative points for floating population in the town (street) where they live, the all-in-one quantitative points self-service machine (providing round-the-clock application service), and log in to the Zhejiang government service network or the "Li Zhe Office" app (zhenhai district-Search).
If the quantitative score reaches 10, download and register the "Li Zhe Office" APP, and apply online within the published application time.
APP application steps: after downloading the "Li Zhe Office" app, please select "Ningbo zhenhai district" in the upper left corner-search for "E Township Points"-enter the homepage of "E Township Points"-E Policy-Lease Subsidy-and click Apply.
The second category: migrant workers who have obtained quantitative points, meet the application conditions and the points reach 10, and directly apply for rental subsidies according to the above steps.
(2) Confirmation of the rental subsidy application list.
The floating population management office of the district determines the list of personnel applying for this lease subsidy according to the quantitative integral score from high to low. If the applicant's total score is the same, the floating population management office of the district will determine the list of people who finally meet the conditions for applying for rental subsidies according to the comprehensive arrangement of the applicant's years of residence, social insurance and education level in our district, and notify the applicant by SMS, and at the same time hand over the list to the District Housing and Construction Bureau.
(3) Accepting applications for lease subsidies.
Applicants who meet the requirements after receiving the SMS notification should go online or bring the rental subsidy application materials (see Article 5 of the announcement) to the housing security application acceptance point of the town (street) where they live before September 30 at Zhejiang Government Service Network and Li Zhe Office app (zhenhai district-Public Rental Housing Application-Public Rental Housing Subsidy Qualification Confirmation). If it is not handled within the time limit, it will be deemed as giving up the qualification of rental subsidy.
(4) Publicity of lease subsidy.
The District Housing and Construction Bureau will publicize the list of people who have passed the final audit according to relevant regulations. Publicity without objection, by the District Housing and Construction Bureau in accordance with the provisions of the examination and approval.
