How much do you know about structured interviewers?

Examiner's composition

The provincial examination is at least above the division level and the national examination is above the division level. Generally, it is the leading cadres of local administrations and institutions. As far as the whole region is concerned, there is a team of experts with qualified leaders of administrative institutions. Every year, when taking the civil service exam, people are randomly selected from this team as interview examiners. In addition, judging from the examination records of previous years, these people should also avoid being examiners in their own areas. For example, examiners in Nankai District can't take part in interviews with local civil servants, but have to interview candidates from other districts and counties.

Where does the examiner come from?

Some provinces and departments have established "examiner database" and implemented the examiner qualification examination system. Unqualified people cannot be put into storage. Generally, examiners are required to have rich experience in personnel management and evaluation, or have a certain number of years of working experience in organs, abide by laws and regulations, and have participated in special interview training. Interview examiners come from all walks of life and are organized and equipped by personnel departments, experts and scholars, local celebrities or recruitment units. However, the examiner is not a voluntary worker, but also has a labor fee ranging from several hundred to several thousand yuan.

How to enter the examiner's library?

City and state units recommend or invite the competent leaders of the employer or local celebrities, such as the deputy director of the TV station, to be recommended as examiners by the unit because of their experience and education.

How to select examiners?

Before the interview, the computer randomly generates a group of examiners from the examiner database. The selected examiner will be informed of the meeting, receive interview training, and then draw lots to finally determine who is the examiner. Once the test center is confirmed and the communication equipment is handed over, you can call home to explain the situation under the supervision of the supervisor, turn it off and hand it in, enter the closed place, and concentrate on the mobilization and training before the test.

Number of examiners

The interview examiner group is generally composed of 7 or 9 people, with the team leader as the chief examiner. The number of interviewers varies from province to province, with some not less than 5 and some not more than 10. Take a group of 7 examiners as an example: 7 examiners, 1 timekeeper, 1 invigilator, 2 scorekeepers and 2 guides, accounting for about 13.

Examiner's score

Each examiner is an independent standard, scoring independently (structured interview evaluation factor table), and is not affected by other examiners' scores. When grading, a highest score and a lowest score should be removed. For example, the highest score is 82, the lowest score is 73 and the score is 78.9. After completing the scoring form, the examiner should sign it and file it for future reference. If the examiners rate the candidates high or low, the relevant institutions will conduct an investigation.
