Is there a big difference between the first and second types of university accounts?

Not big. According to the announcement issued by the State Education Bureau, as of July 2023, the difference between the first-class students and the second-class students mainly lies in household registration and real estate. Both are first-class students, and one or two are second-class students, mainly in school enrollment. This is a social phenomenon to identify students, and there is not much difference between them.
