3. Health requirements:
Marathon is a sport that constantly challenges its own limits, which is risky and requires high physical conditions for its participants. Participants should be healthy and have a long-term running exercise or training foundation. Participants should have a physical examination in a qualified regular medical institution, evaluate their physical condition in combination with the physical examination report, and choose the participating events according to their physical condition and ability.
Those who have the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the competition:
(1) Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(2) Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
