Interview guidance
(for examiner's use)
Hello, first of all, congratulations on your successful passing the written test. Welcome to today's interview. I invited you here in the hope of getting to know you directly through conversation. We will ask you some questions, some related to your past experience, and some need your opinion. I hope you can answer our questions seriously and realistically, and try to reflect your actual situation and real thoughts. In the later evaluation stage, we will verify what you said. We will keep your personal information confidential. What time is the interview? Minutes. Before answering each question, you can think about it and don't be nervous. Ok, let's start now.
Next is your home court. Candidates need to answer the given questions within the specified time. Generally speaking, topics are presented in the form of problem books or reading questions. When answering questions, it may be that candidates read all the questions first, concentrate on thinking and answer continuously; It may also be that every time the examiner asks a question, the examinee answers a question. After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if they have anything else to add. If there is no supplement, the examiner will announce the candidate's departure. Under normal circumstances, candidates should return to their seats when they leave, and then say goodbye to the examiner politely.
Four equal parts. After the interview, the tour guide will take you to the designated place to wait for the score. The examiner scores according to the scoring method, and the rater calculates the average scores of the other examiners by removing a highest score and a lowest score, and then calculates the final scores of the candidates, which are submitted to the supervisor for review and confirmation, signed by the examiner, and then announced to the candidates. Candidates can leave after signing their scores, and the interview is over. If you don't post your results at the interview site, you can leave after the interview and check the interview results on official website and HR website a few days later.
