In order to further improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in our region, promote the continuous improvement of education and teaching quality in our region, and expand the employment of college graduates, it is decided to openly recruit 53 primary and secondary school teachers through research. The recruitment related matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment target and scope

1. Persons with permanent residence in huangyan district (subject to the domicile on the date of promulgation of this notice);

2. Huangyan Shengyuan full-time college graduates 2011;

3.20 1 1 Undergraduates and postgraduates who graduated from full-time ordinary colleges and universities in other years cannot apply for their college and undergraduate degrees.

Second, the recruitment conditions

5. Fresh graduates with teacher qualification certificates must meet the requirements of Putonghua level suitable for recruitment positions, and the types and teaching disciplines of teacher qualification certificates should be consistent with the positions they apply for; Those who have no teacher qualification certificate should have professional and Putonghua proficiency certificates suitable for the recruitment position and qualified transcripts of pedagogy and psychology issued by the Teacher Qualification Guidance Center of Zhejiang Education Department.

Three. Time, place and method of registration

1, registration time: 2011August 3-4 (8: 30 a.m.-165438+0: 30 p.m. and 3:00-5:00 p.m.), and the application will not be processed after the deadline.

2. Registration place: huangyan district Teacher Training School (intersection of TV University Road and Jiu Feng Road)

3. Registration method and admission ticket:

(1) The registration method is on-site registration. Applicants should bring their graduation certificate, registration certificate, ID card, teacher qualification certificate, household registration book or household registration certificate, and truthfully fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in huangyan district 20 1 1 (Annex 3) at the registration place, and submit two recent bareheaded one-inch color photos with the same background and relevant supporting materials. Each person is limited to one post and pays the examination fee, 80 yuan.

Fourth, the proportion of exams.

If the number of applicants is not enough, those who apply for the position can apply for other qualified positions within the specified time, or refund the examination fee. The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview.

1, written subject, time and place.

(1) written test subjects: public knowledge and subject-specific knowledge (examination syllabus and reference books are not specified). The full score of written test is 100, in which public knowledge accounts for 20% and professional knowledge accounts for 80%.

(2) Written test time: it will be decided separately.

(3) Location of written test: huangyan district Experimental Middle School (take the written test with the admission ticket and ID card).

2. Preferential points.

Excellent graduates at the provincial level (corresponding to the qualifications required for recruitment positions) will be given 2 points in priority on the basis of the original written test results. Those who meet the conditions for bonus points are required to fill in the Audit Form for Preferential Bonus Points for Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in huangyan district (Annex 4) at the time of registration, and provide the originals and photocopies of relevant certificates and certificates. Failing to pay within the time limit shall be regarded as giving up.

3. Interview form, time and place.

According to the written test scores (including bonus points), the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:2 from high score to low score, and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 15 and above for the same position (rounded off).

The full score of the interview is 100, and those with an interview score below 60 will not be hired.

Six, physical examination and inspection

According to the total score [50% of written test score (including extra points)+50% of interview score, with two decimal places reserved], the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions from high to low 1: 1. If the total scores are tied, the one with high interview scores will rank first. If the interview scores are still tied, the ranking will be decided by drawing lots.

Physical examination and inspection shall be carried out according to the standards of civil service physical examination and inspection.

All positions in this recruitment will not be replenished in all aspects of recruitment.

Seven, job selection and employment

Candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection will choose their own positions according to the total score from high to low. The specific positions will be announced by the District Education Bureau before the interview.

After the candidate is reported to the District Labor and Social Security Bureau for approval, he shall go through the formal registration and employment procedures of the institution. Those who have not obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before 20 13 1, and then go through the formal registration and employment procedures, otherwise the registration and employment qualification will be cancelled.

Probation period for new recruits 1 year. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period shall be dismissed.

In order to maintain the seriousness of open recruitment in public institutions and ensure the fairness and justice of open recruitment, qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.
