Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yifei, ostomy powder combined with transparent plaster in promoting wound healing and treating skin injury caused by fecal incontinence, and to find an effective treatment method. Methods 30 patients with perianal skin ulcer caused by urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 65438 05 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Yishu, ostomy powder and hydrocolloid transparent paste, while the control group was treated with Baifu Zinc Oxide Ointment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, and that of the control group was 60.0%, compared with the two groups, P0.05. Conclusion Yifu, ostomy powder combined with hydrocolloid transparent paste is obviously superior to Bifu combined with zinc oxide ointment in treating perianal skin injury caused by urinary incontinence.
