I. Applicant

1. Non-initial grade Guancheng household registration students studying outside the jurisdiction of Guancheng must reach the age corresponding to the applied grade and have a normal student status in the national primary and secondary school student status information management system;

2. Twins, brothers and sisters who are studying in different schools in Guancheng area and are not registered in Guancheng in the initial grade;

3. School-age children whose parents meet the Interim Measures for the Administration of Youcai Card in Dongguan (Dongfu [2020] No.81) and have successfully applied for a valid Youcai Card in Dongguan, working in Guancheng area or owning their own property in Guancheng area;

4. One parent is from Taiwan Province Province and works in Guancheng, belonging to school-age children in Taiwan Province Province arranged by Guancheng.

Second, public primary schools can provide degrees.

Third, the principle of degree arrangement

On the basis of household registration, according to the principle that schools in the school district where the household registration is located provide transfer degrees, the whole street is arranged as a whole and private degrees are purchased.

1. If the number of applicants in a certain grade of primary school is less than or equal to the number of degrees provided, all of them will be arranged to attend schools in the school district corresponding to the household registration.

2. If the number of applicants in a certain grade of primary school exceeds the prescribed quota, the school will draw lots for the first round of allocation; Students who are not selected will participate in the second round of street lottery distribution, and students who are not selected in the second round will be arranged to attend Dongcheng Shangpin Experimental School as a whole.

3. Twins, brothers and sisters who are enrolled in Guancheng household registration in the first year of non-junior high school in Guancheng area shall apply according to the school where their brothers and sisters are located. Such applicants only participate in the first round of lottery distribution, and do not participate in the second round of street-wide lottery distribution.
