Under the guidance of the municipal competent department of open recruitment, the college makes an interview work plan, reports it to the municipal competent department of open recruitment for approval, and organizes its implementation after it is publicized on the website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the college.

Adhere to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, implement the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and ensure that the interview is objective, fair and effective.

Four. Interview methods and scores
The interview mainly tests the professional quality and potential ability of the candidate, including the comprehensive analysis, oral expression, planning and organization, interpersonal relationship, adaptability and self-awareness of the candidate. The interview of professional and technical posts is conducted by combining trial lecture with interview defense, and the class teacher is conducted by structured interview.
(1) give a demonstration (15 minutes). Mainly assess the teaching skills and professional knowledge level of candidates. Try to teach the prescribed textbooks and chapters, and test the same content in the same major. Provide teaching materials on site, prepare lessons for 30 minutes, and lecture time is 15 minutes. Score with a percentage system.
(2) Interview defense (5 minutes). After the trial lecture, the examiner will ask questions on the spot, mainly to assess the candidates' language expression ability, adaptability and demeanor. Score with a percentage system.
(3) Structured interview (15 minutes). Structured interview mainly examines the candidate's language expression ability, adaptability, manners and professional knowledge required for the position. Structured interviews are conducted by examinees examining questions and answering questions on the spot, and the total examination time and answering time should not exceed 15 minutes. Score with a percentage system.
After the interview, the total interview score is calculated for professional and technical positions according to the trial lecture accounting for 60% and the interview reply accounting for 40%, and the total interview score is calculated for class counselor positions according to the structured interview score. The results of trial lecture, interview defense and structured interview are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. The interview results are judged by the interviewer on the spot and announced to the interviewer after the interview.
The number of job plans and interviews is 1: 1, and the interview results are lower than the average score of all the actual interviewers in Jining Technician College, so they cannot enter the scope of investigation. If the total score of the same post is tied, it shall be determined according to the written test score from high to low. If the written test scores are the same, the interview organization and implementation department will organize an additional test, and the candidates who enter the inspection scope will be determined according to the additional test scores from high to low.
Verb (short for verb) interview arrangement
(1) Interview time: June 3rd, 20 18, from 7: 30 am to 6:30 pm.
Candidates should report to the waiting room of Jining Technician College 1 teaching building as scheduled (see the interview notice for details). The staff will check the number and identity, participate in the lottery according to the positions they apply for, and determine the number of candidates and the interview order. After the lottery, candidates are waiting for an interview in the waiting room. Those who fail to report for the lottery according to the specified time will draw lots in turn according to the arrival time of the candidates. Those who fail to arrive at the interview room after the examination are deemed to have given up automatically and will be treated as absent.

6. Interview examiner
The examiner group adopts the form of external employment, and each examiner group consists of 7 people. After the candidate is determined, the examiner shall keep it confidential. Interviewers and staff should consciously avoid situations that should be avoided with candidates.
