1, report the lucky draw
What you need to remind candidates here is that you must report to the designated place 30 minutes in advance on the day of the exam, so that you can leave enough time for yourself to ease your mood, and at the same time, you can check again whether you have brought all the relevant documents together to make full preparations for entering the examination room.
After arriving at the examination place, the examination staff will check the candidate's ID card, interview notice and other relevant documents. After entering the waiting room, the examiners will read out the discipline of the examination room. After reading out, candidates hand in communication tools and draw lots. Usually, our examination rooms are determined in advance, and the lottery is signed in order. If you need to draw questions, the first case is that the first person in the same science department draws interview questions, and other candidates also use the same set of questions; In the second case, each candidate draws his own examination questions.
Step 2 wait for the exam
Candidates with the number 1 will be taken to the waiting room by the staff to prepare lessons, while other candidates are waiting for the exam. Lesson preparation time is generally 20-60 minutes. The waiting room and the interview room are completely separated, and the candidates waiting for the exam know nothing about the candidates being interviewed.
You are not allowed to leave before the end of the exam, and the examination room staff will supervise you. You need staff to accompany you when you go to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, the staff will also send lunch to the waiting room (or bring their own dry food) to prevent candidates who have finished the exam from revealing the situation to candidates who have not taken the exam. The whole examination process is closed to ensure the fairness of the interview.
Some areas will give articles in advance or prepare their own articles, so they don't have to wait for the exam to enter the examination room directly.
Step 3 enter the examination room
When it is the candidates' turn in sequence, the staff will guide the candidates to enter the examination room from the waiting room for an interview in advance.
4. Waiting room
After the interview, we will tell our scores when the next candidate finishes the interview. In one case, candidates enter the examination room again to listen to the scores and sign for confirmation. In another case, the examiner will read the score outside the examination room and sign it for confirmation.
Do you know these interview procedures? Finally, I wish all candidates success in landing!
