If you don't put back the sample and don't look at the content of the sample after sampling, then the probability of each individual is equal. For example, draw lots, 10 sheets, 5 sheets are 1, and 5 sheets are 0. If you don't put it back and draw it once, regardless of what you draw, then the probability of drawing 1 for the remaining 9 cards is still 1/2. However, if you have seen that 1 has been drawn, then the probability of drawing 1 in the remaining nine cards is 4/9.
If you put the sample back, no matter what you drew before, whether you saw it or not, the probability of drawing it again is 1/2.
