Today, I will share a few Excel tips with you, which can also improve work efficiency.

1 quick selection area

(1) Move the mouse to any cell in the range.

(2) Press the shortcut key: CTRL+A.

What's the use: it's faster than mouse box selection.

2 Adaptive column width.

(1) Select the column first.

(2) Double-click the boundary line between cells.

What's the use? It's much faster than series manual adjustment.

Three-line height adaptation

(1) Select a straight line first.

(2) Double-click the boundary line between cells.

What's the use? It's much faster than manual line-by-line adjustment.

Data exchange between 4 columns

(1) Select a column (or columns) of data, move the mouse into the boundary, and it will become a drag icon.

(2) Hold down Shift and drag.

What's the use? It's faster than manual adjustment.

5 Fixed first line title

Click view > freeze pane > freeze the first line.

What's the use: When scrolling a table, there is always a header row.

6 copy a column quickly

(1) Select a column (or multiple columns), move the mouse into the boundary, and it will become a drag icon.

(2) Hold down the Ctrl key and drag to a blank column.

(3) This operation will directly overwrite the content when it is dragged to the content area.

What's the use: it's faster than right-clicking and pasting.

7 Quickly insert N rows (or N columns)

(1) First select the number of line regions, for example, select 5 lines.

(2) Then click the right-click menu "Insert".

(3) Column operations are similar.

What's the use: it's much faster than right-clicking to plug in the line, and it's more selective to plug in.

8 View duplicate values

(1) Select the first area first, and press and hold the Ctrl key to continue to select the second area.

(2) Click "Start" > "Conditional Format" > "Highlight Cell Rule" > "Duplicate Value"

What's the use: much faster than the naked eye.

9 Quickly create a copy of the current table

(1) Select a table name.

(2) Hold down the Ctrl key and drag.

What's the use: before processing the data, keep an eye on it (backup) and be prepared.

10 copy the previous line quickly.

(1) Select the area first.

(2) shortcut key: Ctrl+D.

(3) Quickly copy the left area, shortcut key: Ctrl+R.
