The former is allocated to the west third section of another 60 1-603 parking space as a fixed parking space, and the first four parking spaces on the 614th floor -6 16 are merged into fixed parking spaces. The basic configuration scheme of ground parking continued until 2007, but in order to solve the problem of orderly parking, a smart card system was installed at the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and a car swiped in.

Third, according to the requirements of fire protection, ensure the smooth passage of fire protection, and also adjust the parking spaces on both sides (including the second and fifth parking lots), which are no longer included in the ticket allocation scope, such as temporary parking spaces, visiting spots, temporary parking lots of owners, special vehicles, etc., and adopt the hourly charging method.

Fourth, the temporary underground parking lot is cancelled because the mechanical activation of the second floor underground garage ensures the normal operation of the vehicle specifications and vehicle management system of the underground parking lot.

5. Private cars with underground parking can take part in the lottery to fix the parking spaces on the ground, and the owners of parking spaces on the ground and underground parking voluntarily give up. You can apply for a lease agreement to terminate underground parking, and the parking fee will be refunded according to the actual month.

6. According to Ground Parking Charge Standard: Beijing Municipal Price Bureau (Closing) [2002] and Notice on Paying Attention to Adjusting Parking Charge Standard of Urban Parking Garage, Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission's Notice on 194 (Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission [2004] No.495) is to be approved and implemented by the District Standards Development and Reform Commission.

Ground fixed parking fee:

Small car-monthly 150 yuan, annual rent 1600.

Large car-2 10 yuan per month, 2300 years rent.

Temporary parking charges are as follows:

Small car-/kloc-0 yuan /2 hours, large car-/kloc-0 yuan/1 hour. /kloc-no charge within 0/hour.
