It is complicated to implement daylight saving time in this time zone. In this time zone, most parts of Arizona do not implement daylight saving time. But it was practiced in the Navajo tribe in indian reservations, Arizona. To make matters more complicated, another Indian reservation, the Hopi people in the Navajo Autonomous Region, like other states in Arizona, did not implement daylight saving time.
The west coast is Pacific standard time-PST; UTC-8； U area), the standard time is later than Beijing time 16 hours, and the daylight saving time is later than Beijing time 15 hours.
Alaska standard time-akst; UTC-9； Zone V), the standard time is later than Beijing time 17 hours, and the daylight saving time is later than Beijing time 16 hours.
Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time; UTC- 10； W area) standard time is later than Beijing time 18 hours, and daylight saving time is later than Beijing time 17 hours. Daylight saving time is not practiced in Hawaii, but only in the Aleutian Islands.
American Samoa in the Pacific (also known as East Samoa) uses Samoa Standard Time-SST; UTC- 1 1； X area), the standard time will be later than Beijing time 19 hours. There is no daylight saving time in Samoa.
Guam and Northern Mariana Islands in the Pacific use Chamorro Standard Time-CHST; UTC+ 10； K area), the standard time is 2 hours earlier than Beijing time. Daylight saving time is not practiced in this area either.
