Organization: Each participating school is the preliminary competition point, which is organized and implemented by foreign language schools (departments) or foreign language teaching departments of universities.
Foreign language teaching research associations in universities in provinces (cities, autonomous regions) can provide assistance and support.
Qualifications: The number of participants in each preliminary round shall not be less than 20. Participating schools should ensure that students who meet their qualifications have a fair chance to sign up for the competition.
Competition time: The competition will be conducted according to the schedule announced by the foreign language teaching research association of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), so as to ensure that the preliminary competition is completed before the rematch of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions).

Composition of judges: the number of judges is not less than 5 (including foreign judges). Judge China has the title of lecturer or above. Before the competition, a jury should be convened to discuss and implement the scoring standards to ensure the standardization, fairness and impartiality of the competition.

Organization mode: Taking provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) as the unit, the organizing committee of the rematch will be established by the foreign language teaching research associations (referring committees) of universities in each province (municipality and autonomous region), and the rematch will be undertaken by the local institutions of FLTRP.
Qualifications: The organizing committee of the rematch will send a rematch notice to all eligible institutions in the province (city, autonomous region) at least two weeks in advance. The organizing committee of the provincial rematch decided in principle to enter the rematch places in each preliminary stage, and announced in advance.

Composition of judges: The number of judges is not less than 7 (including foreign judges). Judge China has the title of associate professor or above. Each school (including the host school of the rematch) can only have one judge.
Scoring standard: The scoring standard must be standardized, fair and just, and you can refer to the final scoring standard. A jury should be held before the competition to discuss and implement the scoring standards. The organizing committee of the rematch shall keep the original scoring records and accept the inquiries of the players and instructors. After the competition, it is suggested that the judges' comments should be sorted out in an appropriate way and some feedback should be given to the players and instructors.
Awards setting: The semi-final awards in various places are consistent with the finals, including the grand prize (three people went to Beijing to participate in the finals), the first prize, the second prize and the third prize. The instructor of the winners won the grand prize, the first prize, the second prize and the third prize of the instructor.
Award criteria: Players and their instructors who won the first place in the semi-finals of various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) will receive funding for teaching exchanges in Hong Kong and Macao (players and instructors who won the same or higher awards in the national finals will no longer be awarded). How to enter the competition: Every contestant participating in the "online competition" must submit a video of the competition. The requirements are as follows:
