What method or software can be used to draw lots for topics similar to slides?

This is easier to realize with Flash. In fact, you can use HTML to make a 3x3 table, then put 9 pictures, select clickswap, and click it to become another picture. PPT is to think, and it seems to be achievable.

Take a look, PPT, if you don't use macros, you can also achieve it, but there are several schemes that are more complicated, and finally come up with a simpler method:

1. Create 9 movies (just use the MovieMaker that comes with Windows, drag the pictures into, then drag the generated clips to the bottom, and then save the movie file. The quality should be controlled by yourself. The first few frames are numbers, and then the problems. You can set the time to any length (not too long, usually 3 or 5 seconds is enough). If you like, the answer is enough.

2. In a PPT page, insert these 9 movies and set them to play after clicking.

3. In actual operation, click a number, the problem will be displayed immediately, then click Pause, and if you want to continue, click again. Of course, if you don't want to click, by default, the movie will stop at the last screen, but it will exit the full-screen playback state.

4. Note that when "Edit Movie Object" is selected, "Zoom to Full Screen" can be selected. After clicking, the topic will be displayed in full screen. When the topic is finished, it will naturally become a small square to show the status of the topic.

As long as you put these nine films in place (be careful not to overlap), you can achieve the desired effect when running.
