Sensoji Temple, located in Taitung District, Tokyo, is an existing amusement place with "Edo style" in Japan. Sensoji Temple is the oldest temple in Tokyo. There are five important buildings in the temple: Leimen, Baomen, Tang Ben, Pentecostal Tower and Asakusa Shrine.
The gate of the temple is called "Leimen", and the official name is "Leifeng Shenmen", which is a symbol of Japan and Asakusa.
There is a Wutong Pagoda in the southwest corner of the temple, which is the second tallest pagoda in Japan, second only to the Wutong Pagoda in Tokyo East Temple. There is Asakusa shrine in the northeast of the temple, which is elegant in shape and beautifully carved. Asakusa has various festivals, and there are celebrations all year round.
Through Leimen, there is a commercial street that extends all the way to Baomen, and now it has grown to more than 100. There are famous Tokyo snacks, edo toys, kimonos, Japanese bathrobes, wine glasses, fans and other tourist commodities in the commercial street. Business hours are around 5 pm, so friends who want to go should pay attention to the time allocation.
Sensoji Temple draws lots. Shake the sign tube first. After shaking out the number, look for the sign according to the number. The autograph is a Chinese poem with Japanese commentary. People will be happy to take home after drawing the lucky draw. If they draw a sign of dissatisfaction, they will tie it to a tree for good luck. In Sensoji Temple, there is a yard dedicated to tying signs for people. These white pieces of paper are hung on all doors and around trees, where they can tie or hang sign paper. Tourists keep coming, praying sincerely.
