The rules of balloon volleyball are: each team has a maximum of 8 players, and the players of both sides are divided into 3 players in the front row and 2 players in the back row. On the left of the front row is No.4, in the middle is No.3, on the right is No.2, on the left of the back row is No.5, and on the right is 1. Each team can replace up to 6 players per game, and the next game is 1 player. At the beginning of each game, the players on the field must stand in the order arranged in the position table, which cannot be changed in this game. In the new game, the position of each team player can be rearranged.
Every game, each team can ask for two time-outs, and the time for each time-out is 1 minute. When the goal is a dead ball, a time-out is allowed only after the coach or the captain of the field requests the second or first referee. After the first referee blows the whistle, the game should continue immediately. A team's third timeout request should be rejected and warned. The first referee has blown the whistle to serve, but the player has not served or asked for a timeout at the same time, and should refuse. If the second referee makes a mistake in whistling at this time and allows a pause, the first referee should not agree and should whistle and serve again.
Only the server wins a goal will get 1 point, while in the deciding game, both the server and the receiver will get 1 point if they win a goal. When a team scores 15 first, surpasses its opponent by 2 points, or both teams score 16: 16, whoever scores 1 first wins a game. Whoever scored 15 in the deciding game and surpassed his opponent by 2 points will be regarded as the team's victory.
