Public examinations include administrative professional ability tests and applications. There are two types of papers: Class A and Class B. Among them, the application conditions stipulate that candidates who have been in grassroots work experience for more than two years can take Class A papers, and the application conditions stipulate that candidates can take Class B papers "without restriction".
Interviews are mostly structured interviews. Mainly through cartoons, famous sayings and epigrams, cross-talk stories, speeches and other questions, the comprehensive analysis ability, planning, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, adaptability, oral expression ability, job search motivation and the matching with the proposed position are investigated. The structured interview process mainly includes: drawing lots, waiting for exams, entering the examination room, answering questions, exiting, and publishing results. Among them, the published score is the scoresheet of the rater's set number, which is checked and submitted to the supervisor for review.
