Third, remote control equipment.
1. The use of remote control equipment must be approved by the local radio management committee.
2. All participating remote control devices must work in amateur frequency band. A ribbon indicating frequency should be tied to the top of the transmitter antenna.
3. Remote control equipment can be a commodity or a homemade product, and the main technical indicators of homemade equipment should comply with relevant regulations.
4. All remote control devices should have standby crystal oscillators with different frequencies in order to change the working frequency. 5. All transmitters (including radios and other radio equipment with transmitting capability) must be handed over to the transmitter management office 30 minutes before the start of the competition. Each round of the game will be collected with the card, closed and returned immediately after the game, and will not be retrieved until the end of the game that day. If someone quits the game and leaves the stadium, he can return it with the approval of the referee, but it is not allowed to start the machine near the stadium.
Fourth, competition methods and performance evaluation.

4. Each car model is only allowed to participate in one project (unless otherwise stipulated by the regulations); Each car model can only be used by special personnel (including spare car models).
5. All models (including spare models) shall undergo technical inspection, issue certificates and numbers, and clearly mark the models.
6. Competition groups are decided by drawing lots. If there are remote control devices with the same frequency in the same group, the replacement frequency will be determined by drawing lots. If you can't replace it, you can't participate in this round of competition.
7. The timing referee sends a "ready" signal one minute before giving the order, and sends it again 30 seconds later. At this time, the car model will go to the starting line to prepare for departure. At 5 seconds, the timekeeper began to count down, and said, "5, 4, 3, 2, 1". At the same time, the signal flag was lowered and the referee began to time. Cars that can't be started due to faults are also timed, and will start by themselves after being repaired.
8. Each athlete can have an assistant (the assistant is also an athlete on the same team). When starting, the diesel engine model can be supported by an assistant, but it can't be started with the help of external force. After the start, the assistant will exit the venue immediately. During the competition, you can refuel the car model, replace the battery and carry out maintenance in the maintenance area.
9. Any parts that fall off the car model during the competition must be immediately sent back to the maintenance area for maintenance.
10. Vehicles that need refueling, battery replacement, maintenance and can run during the competition must enter the maintenance area from the exit without affecting the competition of the same group of vehicles; When returning to the runway, enter the runway from the entrance, and continue to count the laps from the integer laps that have been driven, and the time spent will not be deducted.

15. During the time trial, the car model that has completed the prescribed number of laps should immediately drive back to the repair area, so as not to affect the competition of other cars. The time taken to complete the required number of laps is the result of this round. The unfinished round is zero.
16. In the endurance race, when the time judge gives the password "Time is up", the car model that has not reached the finish line should continue to drive to the finish line, and the number of laps completed and the time spent are the results of this round. For the car models that have stopped driving before and when the password is issued, the number of rounds is zero.
17. Race rounds: the radio-controlled electric racing model, the radio-controlled internal combustion engine racing model, the radio-controlled electric off-road vehicle model and the radio-controlled internal combustion engine off-road vehicle model all have two rounds of preliminaries and two rounds of finals, and those with good results in the preliminaries will be judged to be qualified for the finals; Take a good round of results in the final to evaluate individual rankings. If due to the influence of weather and other factors, the specified round cannot be completed. The ranking will be evaluated according to the existing achievements.

19. When athletes compete, others are not allowed to give off-court guidance in any way.
