In order to fully implement the spirit of the National Education Conference, thoroughly implement the Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System (Guo Fa [2014] No.35), and according to the requirements of the Opinions on Launching the Pilot Enrollment Reform of Basic Subjects in Some Colleges and Universities (J [2020]1No.1) and other documents, serve the major strategic needs of the country and strengthen basic subjects. With the approval of our school, the enrollment reform of basic subjects (also known as the "Strong Foundation Plan of East China Normal University") will be piloted in 2020, and a multi-dimensional evaluation model will be explored to select a group of ambitious, interested and talented young students for special training, so as to transport reserve talents for major strategic areas of the country.
First, enrollment targets and registration conditions
High school graduates who study in the provinces where our school has arranged strong basic programs meet the registration requirements for the unified national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in 2020, and reach the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where they are located (refer to the minimum admission control scores of some special types determined by the province for the provinces that have merged undergraduate batches). They have excellent comprehensive quality or top-notch basic disciplines, and they can apply for registration if they are interested in engaging in scientific research in related fields in the future. Candidates applying for registration are divided into the following two categories:
The first category: candidates with excellent results in the college entrance examination;
Category II: Candidates who have outstanding talent and performance in related disciplines and won the following awards in senior high school can be shortlisted for the exam list of the Strong Foundation Program in our college: the second prize in the national finals of five disciplines (namely, China Mathematical Olympics (hosted by chinese mathematical society), China Physical Olympics (hosted by China Physical Society), China Chemical Olympics (hosted by chinese chemical society), National Biology League for Middle School Students (hosted by China Zoological Society and botanical society of china), and Information Olympics of all provinces in China (hosted by China Computer Federation)

The enrollment provinces are Beijing, Tianjin, Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan and Yunnan, among which Tianjin, Jilin, Shandong, Hunan, Chongqing and Yunnan only recruit science groups, while Fujian and Hubei only recruit liberal arts groups. See the registration system for the enrollment plans of all provinces and majors. Candidates can only choose one major group and fill in the enrollment major of this major group. The liberal arts major group can fill in one or two majors, and the science major group can fill in one or three majors, depending on whether it is subject to adjustment.
Three. Registration method and selection procedure
(1) Time and method of registration
From May 1 1 to May 30, 2020, candidates can log in to the Qiangji Program Registration System (website: /jcxkzs/sch/ 10269) and successfully complete online registration as required.
Candidates who apply for our strong foundation program cannot apply for other institutions at the same time.
(2) Candidates take the unified college entrance examination.
(3) The examination method for short-listed schools
Tentative before July 26th (specifically determined according to the time of college entrance examination results provided by provincial education examination institutions), the school will determine the shortlisted candidates of our school from high to low according to the college entrance examination results (excluding any policy points). If the college entrance examination results are the same, compare the total scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, Chinese mathematics and Chinese single-subject college entrance examination results in turn. For the second type of candidates who meet the registration requirements of our school and meet the requirements of the school and the corresponding college entrance examination results, they can be shortlisted.
(4) School evaluation
School assessment (including interview assessment and physical education test) is tentatively scheduled for July 29th to July 30th. The specific time is subject to the announcement on the website of the school.
Interview assessment: the interview assessment refers to the comprehensive quality file, and is conducted by random lottery, and the whole process is recorded and recorded.
Physical education test: Physical education test subjects are vital capacity, sitting forward and standing long jump, and the test standards refer to the health and physique standards of senior high school students. Candidates who take part in the physical education test of our school's strong foundation program must buy "personal accident insurance" during the test period and submit the original insurance documents on the day of the test. Candidates who can't take the physical education test due to physical reasons must fill in the Application Form for Exemption from Physical Education Test, and send a scanned copy of the application form, a certificate issued by a third-class first-class hospital and a certificate (signature and seal) issued by a middle school that the candidates' physical education meets the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education to our school's enrollment mailbox one week before the school's examination time, and they can take the physical education test without examination after our school's consent. Candidates must bring the above related originals for reference when reporting for interview. Candidates who do not take the physical education test without application are deemed to have voluntarily given up the admission qualification of our strong foundation program.
The school takes the interview assessment results as the school assessment results. Candidates who have not participated in the school evaluation can not be admitted to the strong foundation plan, which is regarded as automatically giving up the qualification for admission to the strong foundation plan.
(5) Admission method
1. Conversion method of comprehensive score
The comprehensive score is calculated based on the college entrance examination score (excluding any policy bonus, the same below) accounting for 85% and the school assessment score accounting for 15%, that is, the comprehensive score = 1000×(85%× college entrance examination score+15%× school assessment score).
2. Determine the admission list
For the first type of candidates, according to the candidates' volunteer and enrollment plans of the relevant provinces, the pre-admission list and majors of the strong foundation plan are determined according to the principle of giving priority to comprehensive scores from high to low, and the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in the college entrance examination are compared in turn according to the same comprehensive scores. If the scores of Chinese and mathematics in the college entrance examination are the same, the same below.
The comprehensive score has reached the lowest comprehensive score of the professional group reported by our school in this province. If the reported professional plan is full, you will be transferred to a major, and those who do not obey the transfer will be dismissed.
For the second type of candidates, if the comprehensive score reaches the lowest comprehensive score of the first type of candidates in the professional group reported by the province, they will be admitted to the relevant majors with reference to the professional admission principles of the province where the first type of candidates are located. If the comprehensive score of the candidate does not reach the minimum comprehensive score of the first candidate in the provincial professional group, the school will withdraw the file.
The school enrollment work leading group examines and approves the pre-admission list of the strong foundation plan, and submits it to the provincial admissions office for examination and admission procedures.
Our school is tentatively scheduled to announce the admission results before August 5. Candidates who are officially admitted will no longer participate in the voluntary admission of the follow-up college entrance examination in this province (autonomous region or municipality); Candidates who have not been admitted can normally participate in the voluntary admission of subsequent batches of college entrance examinations in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Fourth, the training plan.
The school gathers resources inside and outside the school to promote the cultivation of students in the "Strong Foundation Program" as a whole. In order to ensure the high-quality cultivation of students in the "Strong Foundation Program", many measures have been taken in character cultivation, course study, guidance by famous teachers, high-quality international exchange, advanced academic training, integration of undergraduate and postgraduate training, credit system and academic support system.
1. Small class teaching and tutorial system. Deploy high-quality teachers to carry out small class teaching, and select excellent teachers as tutors.
2. Phased assessment and access mechanism. Every academic year, the school conducts an all-round investigation and evaluation of students' hobbies, academic status and academic performance. Those who fail to pass the examination will withdraw from the "Strong Foundation Plan" and, in principle, be transferred to the same professional ordinary class or other strong foundation plan enrollment majors, and no longer enjoy the relevant policies of the strong foundation plan. The vacant position is filled by other outstanding students.
3. High-quality international communication. Set up special funds to send students from "Strong Foundation Program" to well-known universities for exchange, so as to cultivate students' international vision and ability.
4. Mentoring training. Implementing the credit system and the open course selection system, students can choose postgraduate courses in the early 3-4 school year; The school encourages students of "Strong Foundation Project" to continue their studies. Students who pass the examination after application can obtain the recommended postgraduate qualification without examination, and are encouraged to study for a doctorate directly. The school systematically considers the academic training of master's degree and master's degree at different stages, and promotes the students of "Strong Foundation Program" to receive systematic research method training and research based on real problems with advanced academic training, so as to strengthen academic interest.

Candidates who practise fraud in comprehensive quality files or cheat in college exams will be disqualified from the registration, examination and admission of their strong foundation plan, and the relevant provincial entrance examination institutions or education administrative departments will be informed of the situation, and their qualifications for registration, examination and admission of the college entrance examination in that year will be cancelled, and they will be suspended from participating in various national education examinations for three years according to the seriousness of the case. Those who have already entered the school will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, and the graduation certificate and degree certificate found after graduation will be cancelled. (2) During the selection test, candidates should pay for their own transportation and accommodation.
