Four or six people
Raw materials:
1, 4 cups of water
2, 2 cups of sugar
3, 3 spoonfuls of fresh lemon juice
4, 2 pieces of cinnamon
5, a little pea (according to personal preference)
6, 1 tbsp rose flower dew
7. 1 Crispy yellow peaches and baked shortcakes (tasteless) or biscuits (tasteless) are also acceptable.
8. Optional: a spoonful of dried rose buds.
Production method:
1. Put water, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and peas into a pot of about 4 liters, and cook with low fire for 10 minute to melt the sugar into syrup, then pour in rose buds and rose dew, and cook with low fire for 5 minutes while stirring. Turn off the fire and let it cool for 5 minutes.
2. At the same time, boil a pot of boiling water, put the yellow peach in hot water for about 30 seconds or peel it off. Take out the yellow peaches, rinse them with cold water, peel and core them, and cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl for later use.
3. Put the yellow peach slices into the syrup and cool for about 15 minutes. If possible, stick wax paper on it and seal it with a plate. Cool until the yellow peach slices have cooled to absorb syrup (note: the peach slices are eaten on the same day).
4. Take the rose buds, cinnamon and peas (if you like food, you don't have to take them) out of the syrup and pour them into a glass bowl. Put peach slices on cookies or cookies and coat them with syrup.
