LCK is the only channel for Korean Division to reach League of Legends mid-season championship and League of Legends global finals every year. Every season of LCK has two stages: regular season and playoffs. The regular season ranking determines the number of playoff places and competes for the final championship.
Rules of tryouts in LCK division
The rules of the trials in LCK Division are the same as those in LPL Division: Except for the 1 seed team and the No.2 seed team in LCK Division, the four teams with the highest points in the global finals will enter the trials in the global finals (the teams with the same points and high points in summer will be ranked first).
Among the four teams, the two teams with the highest points in the global finals will play the first game (BO5), the other two teams will play the second game (BO5), and the loser of the first game will play the third game with the winner of the second game (BO5).
