2. Whether the trademark applied for registration is actually used should be handled carefully. Only when we register the trademark seriously can it be protected by law. If others can't use it without our permission, if others use it by force, they will be punished by law, so everyone must pay attention.
3. The Trademark Office shall carefully examine two or more trademarks of the same or similar goods. We should apply first, and then wait for the application from the Trademark Office. If it is put forward on the same day, it shall be approved for use first, and the Trademark Office may decide whether to use it or not on the same day through consultation. If the negotiation is unclear, it can be decided by drawing lots or by the Trademark Office.
4. To apply for trademark registration, you should fill in the application form by category and pay the fee according to the category and name stipulated in the international classification of Nice Agreement. If it is a new commodity or service, please attach a description.
5. The process of applying for a registered trademark: the formal examination, substantive examination, preliminary examination announcement (the announcement period is three months) and the announcement notice of the registration certificate shall be accepted in accordance with the relevant trademark procedures. Normal approval takes about 18 months. If our trademark is accepted by the Trademark Office, it may be rejected if it is found to be inconsistent with the law, or it may take longer if someone raises an objection during the announcement period. Please be patient.
6. Where a registered trademark needs to be used between the same kind of goods, its logo may be changed, or the name, address or other registered items of the registrant may be changed. If necessary, you can apply separately.
7. When transferring or licensing others to use a registered trademark, you may file an application for transfer registration or a trademark license contract for the record or related materials.
8. If the Trademark Office rejects the application for trademark registration, decides the trademark objection, revokes the registered trademark or disputes the registered trademark, we can apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for reexamination. If we are not satisfied with the decision of the jury, we can apply for a second review.
9. The period of validity of a registered trademark is ten years, counting from the date of registration. If you need to continue to use it after the expiration, you should apply for renewal within six months before the expiration, and each renewal is valid for only ten years. If it is not renewed at the expiration of the period, the Trademark Office will cancel the registered trademark.
