Then, after the written test results come out, sign up for a class and practice more. Passing is not a big problem. Let me explain the policies, procedures and skills to you first, and have a look more when you have time.
First, interview related policies
1. What form does the interview of Jiangsu civil servants take?
There are many forms of interview, such as leaderless group discussion and scenario simulation. The recruitment of civil servants is more in the form of structured interviews, and a few departments will use leaderless group discussions. Jiangsu civil servants generally adopt structured interviews.
2. What is a structured interview?
Structured interview, also known as structured interview. This method is rigorous in structure, and has strict regulations on interview objectives, evaluation factors, exam composition, grading standards, time control, examiner composition, implementation procedures, score statistics, etc., and the examiner is not allowed to change at will during the interview, so this method better reflects the fairness of the interview.
3. How to determine the candidate for the interview?
After the written examination of public * * * subjects, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Civil Service Bureau will study and determine the minimum qualified scores for each position.
The competent departments of civil servant recruitment at all levels determine the interview candidates from high score to low score according to the proportion of three times the planned number of employees.
Before the interview, the recruiting unit shall examine the qualifications of the interviewers. The list of qualified personnel is published by the competent department of civil servants above the city on the relevant website. If the second interview fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the interviewees will be replenished from high score to low score among the qualified candidates who apply for the same position.
There is no qualified line for interview results, but candidates who are not fiercely competitive in interview positions will be qualified if their interview results reach 60 points. The interviewer will inform the candidates of the interview results on the spot.
4. How to calculate the total score?
After the interview, 35% of the positions have professional subject examinations, 15% of professional subjects and 50% of interview results (30% of professional skill tests and 30% of interview results for court-appointed clerk positions), and the rest of the positions are open.
5. What materials should I prepare before the interview?
(1)20 13 Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities need to bring their ID cards, student ID cards, a recommendation form for graduates' two-way employment issued by their school or an employment agreement for graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (referring to college students who have signed contracts with employers), etc. Graduates who have been entrusted, oriented and jointly run schools should provide certificates of consent to enter the examination issued by entrusted, oriented and jointly run schools.
(2) Social personnel need to carry ID cards, household registration certificates, academic certificates (degree certificates), certificates that the unit agrees to apply for the exam (with the consent of the competent civil service department at or above the municipal level, and can also be provided before the medical examination) and other relevant documents.
(3) Poor candidates who need to reduce the examination fee and those who apply for the examination according to the policy resettlement conditions shall provide relevant certificates.
(4) Returned overseas students should provide the diploma certified by the national education administrative department and the certification materials of China's embassies and consulates abroad.
⑤ Demobilized military cadres and demobilized soldiers shall provide household registration certificates or resettlement ID cards.
⑥ Qualification certificates and other supporting materials required for applying for positions, including the CET-4 and CET-6 certificates, which can provide corresponding certificates or a score of 425 or above in CET-4 and CET-6.
The above certification materials are required to be original and provide copies.
Two. Organization of the interview
1. What is the amount and time of the interview?
The structured interview lasts about half an hour, and the number of questions is about 6. However, due to the large number of people and the high cost of organizing interviews, the number of interview questions will be reduced, generally four, and the interview time will be shortened, generally around 20 minutes.
2. Who is the interviewer?
All interviewers must hold a three-level interviewer certificate issued by the Provincial Personnel Department (except specially invited interviewers). In principle, the examiner should be the invited examiner. If there is a avoidance relationship between the interviewer and the candidate, or if it needs to be avoided for other reasons, it must be avoided.
Each interview examiner group consists of 7 examiners, of which 1 is the invited examiner, led by the responsible comrades of the recruiting unit or personnel department; The rest are fixed examiners, randomly selected and combined by the organization and personnel department, and the number of candidates interviewed by each interview group on the same day is generally no more than 25.
3. How do examiners grade?
The interview scoring method is to remove the highest score and the lowest score from the examiner's score, and then take the average of the effective scores to get the interview results of the candidates. The full score is 100. The interview results are kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off. After the interview, the examiner will announce the results to the candidates on the spot.
4. Is the interview of Jiangsu civil servants fair?
The fairness of civil servant interviews in Jiangsu is in the forefront in the country. On the day of the interview, the interviewer must arrive at the examination room in advance to close the book, and draw lots on the spot to decide the grouping. All examiners attending the interview turn off all communication tools during the interview. In addition, our province has continuously expanded the scope of examiners' exchanges in different places, including county-level and prefecture-level cities.
The examiners participating in the interview must hold the second-class or third-class examiner certificate of Jiangsu Province, and they are required to have no bad records in the interview work assessment in recent years. During the interview, local personnel examination centers should objectively record and track the work of each examiner, and make timely evaluation after the interview. Once obvious anomalies such as low scores or high scores are found, the examiner's qualification will be cancelled. Moreover, Jiangsu Province will also publicize the list of all admitted candidates online, and if problems are found, the admission qualifications of relevant candidates will be cancelled.
In order to increase the transparency of the interview, Jiangsu also set up a gallery in the interview examination room, and invited comrades from the discipline inspection and supervision department, deputies to the National People's Congress, CPPCC members and parents of candidates to supervise the whole process of the recruitment interview on the spot.
Three. Interview content and test-taking skills
1. What are the objectives and evaluation elements of the structured interview for civil servants in Jiangsu?
Interviews in Jiangsu mainly test candidates' general ability, and the evaluation elements usually include logical thinking ability, language expression ability, planning and organization ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, adaptability, personality stability, manners and so on.
2. What preparations do you need to make before the interview?
If you want to succeed in the interview, you must be fully prepared, which usually includes the following aspects:
(1) psychological preparation. The interview war is just around the corner, and psychological phenomena such as nervousness, anxiety and excitement will naturally appear. This is normal, but it must be adjusted. You must adjust your body and mind before the exam and meet the interview with abundant energy and good attitude. (2) Image preparation. Image preparation is to dress yourself up, be natural and generous, not deliberately sculpted and artificial, and be in harmony with your image, temperament and identity, so as to give the examiner a good first impression. (3) knowledge preparation and ability training. The interview has no scope, but that doesn't mean that the interview can't be prepared. Targeted knowledge and ability training for the evaluation elements of structured interviews can be said to be the most important skill to deal with such interviews. This kind of training can be carried out through serious study and exercise, or by attending social training classes. The selection of training courses mainly depends on the level of training teachers and actual combat experience.
3. How can we carry out targeted training?
Many candidates or remedial classes focus on the preparation of various topics when dealing with interviews, which is a big misunderstanding. Although the training of specific problems has certain effect, it is only probabilistic. The key to the cultivation of knowledge and ability is to closely follow the evaluation elements, because the test questions are ever-changing, but the test objectives and evaluation elements of these questions are unchanged.
4. How to answer the language expression ability test?
Large-scale interviews generally have no relevant questions (in some places, this element is occasionally tested in the form of speech questions), but there will still be a certain score. It requires candidates to use words accurately and comprehensively in the interview, and to express clearly, vividly and logically.
5. How to answer the question of logical thinking ability?
Some places are also called comprehensive analysis ability, and there are usually special questions to test this ability. Test questions generally require candidates to analyze social hot issues or aphorisms or make up a story with several (usually five) given words. Of course, there are also pronunciation questions that test and evaluate the elements. Answers should be comprehensive, accurate, dialectical, agile and logical.
6. How to answer the question of planning organizational ability?
Some places are also called organizational and coordination skills, which are generally interviewed in various places. Examination questions generally require candidates to plan and organize an activity or arrange several contradictory things as a whole under specific time and space conditions (the latter propositional thinking form appears more and more now), mainly by observing candidates' answers to examine the comprehensiveness, rationality (legitimacy), feasibility and effectiveness of their planning and organization.
7. How to answer the question of interpersonal communication and coordination ability?
Some places are also called interpersonal skills. When testing this ability, the proposer usually puts the candidate in a contradictory interpersonal environment to observe whether the candidate has the consciousness of interpersonal communication and coordination, and the ability and skills to establish a good cooperative relationship through the exchange of emotions, attitudes, ideas and opinions. The key point of answering questions is to grasp the initiative of interpersonal communication; Understanding of ownership relations in organizations (including understanding of authority, obedience and discipline); Interpersonal adaptation; Principles and flexibility in dealing with interpersonal relationships.
8. How to answer the adaptive questions?
The test of this ability is mainly to observe the ability of candidates to deal with emergencies by letting them deal with a dilemma or an emergency. It requires candidates to be able to distinguish between various situations and put forward corresponding solutions to problems, or to react quickly in the face of emergencies. The key points are quick response, many methods, rationality, legality, effectiveness and feasibility.
9. How to answer the question of stable personality?
In recent years, the civil service recruitment examinations in various places usually use stress questions to test the stability of candidates' personality. When answering such stress questions, candidates should pay attention to avoiding two extremes. One is a strong rebound to pressure, thus showing the instability of personality; Second, they dare not face the pressure directly, avoid the pressure when answering questions, or passively think in the direction of pressure under the "coercion" of pressure, thus showing the weakness of personality. The correct coping methods of candidates should be to face the pressure directly, accurately analyze the pressure and properly and effectively resolve the pressure.
10, how is the behavior meter scored?
The large-scale civil servant recruitment examination usually does not set special questions for this evaluation factor, and the examiner mainly makes corresponding judgments on the specific performance of the candidates in the interview. This evaluation factor requires candidates to dress naturally and appropriately in the interview, show good cultural literacy in their manners, be emotionally stable, calm and patient. 1 1. Do you have on-the-spot skills to deal with structured interviews? (1) Respect the examiner. Candidates should be polite from entering the interview examination room to leaving the examination room after the interview, leaving a good impression on the examiner. Candidates should take the initiative to say hello to the examiner when entering the examination room, but the polite expression should be moderate and too formal, which will make them nervous or insecure; Excessive exaggeration will appear insincere and affect the examiner's view of candidates. (2) Pay attention to the lecture, take notes and have the right to ask questions. When listening to questions, you should stare at the examiner, which will not only help you understand the questions raised by the examiner accurately, but also make you look confident and polite. In the process of listening, before answering questions, you can make appropriate records, but not too much. If you don't understand the questions raised by the examiner clearly, you can ask the examiner to repeat the questions raised (pay attention to politeness). (3) "talk" with the examiner in Mandarin. Speaking standard Mandarin can add icing on the cake to your language expression ability, and answering the examiner's questions in a "dialogue" way will help you get closer to the examiner. Never use "radio" to answer questions. (4) Pay attention to control time. Overtime is a serious "foul" (usually not allowed by the examiner). If there is too much time left, the answer will be insufficient, so we should arrange the time scientifically. Usually the time for each question is less than 5 minutes. The best time allocation is to control the preparation of answering questions within 1 minute and answer questions for about 3 minutes. Of course, the specific time allocation should be based on the specific provisions of each topic.
