Announcement of open selection of teachers in Zhenjiang District of Shaoguan City in 2023?

According to the needs of the development of education in our region, in order to effectively solve the problems of insufficient teachers and unreasonable subject structure in our region, Zhenjiang District People's Government decided to openly recruit 20 in-service teachers.

In accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of participation

The scope of this selection is for in-service teachers who are openly selected for the society (excluding Zhenjiang District and Shaoguan municipal schools).

Second, the choice of place and location.

The number of places to be selected is 20. For details of the positions to be transferred, please refer to the Information Form of Teachers' Positions in 2023 in Zhenjiang District of Shaoguan City (attachment 1).

Third, the application conditions

(a) age, professional title and academic requirements:

In-service teachers in public primary and secondary schools must be under 35 years old (1born after February 28, 987) and have obtained a nationally recognized bachelor's degree or above.

The age of special-grade teachers, outstanding teachers at or above the municipal level, famous teachers at or above the municipal level, teachers with graduate education or above and senior titles can be relaxed to 40 years old (born after February 28th, 1982).

(II) Qualifications: In addition to the post requirements (see Annex 1 for details), candidates must also meet the following basic conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have good conduct and professional ethics;

2. Have the professional knowledge or skills required for the post;

3. Good health;

(III) Post-optimization conditions

Those who meet the requirements of age, professional title, education and qualifications and obtain one of the following qualifications are preferred:

1. Famous principals, excellent principals, backbone principals, excellent teachers, famous teachers, academic leaders, backbone teachers, famous class teachers, excellent class teachers and excellent counselors awarded or evaluated by municipal and above education administrative departments;

2 municipal and above "100 million project" training object;

3. In the past five years, teaching and research activities such as papers (publications), teaching plans, open classes, lectures, and basic skills competitions have won awards at or above the municipal level; Excellent tutor award for tutoring students to participate in various competitions at or above the municipal level;

4. Obtain professional and technical titles above the intermediate level.

One of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the selection:

1. The time limit for disciplinary action by the Party and government is not full;

2 is being investigated by the discipline inspection and supervision organs and judicial organs, or is suspected of committing a crime, and the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;

3. Persons who are included in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

4. Other circumstances where laws, regulations and policies prohibit you from participating in the selection.

Fourth, the selection process

Adopt online registration, qualification examination, dimension evaluation, professional skill examination (lecture), physical examination, political examination and other selection procedures.

(1) Online registration and qualification examination

1. Register online.

(5) Other relevant materials that meet the conditions of job optimization.

Scan the originals of the above materials into PDF files in sequence, and send them to the designated mailbox through the network according to the specified name.

All the materials filled in and submitted must be true and effective, and those who practice fraud will be disqualified.

After the registration time, if there are no applicants or the number of applicants is less than the number of applicants, the number of applicants will be adjusted according to the online registration.

For example, no one applied for junior high school geography positions, and the number of positions was adjusted to positions with relatively large number of applicants.

2. Interview qualification examination and issuance of admission tickets.

Check the application materials submitted online, review the job conditions and education level of the candidates, conduct dimensional evaluation according to the employment conditions, and select the candidates who participate in the interview qualification examination according to the ratio of 1: 3, and select the candidates who participate in the interview qualification examination. Zhenjiang District Education Bureau will inform them. After receiving the notice, the notified personnel brought the original registration materials and two recent bareheaded one-inch color photos with the same edition on the blue background to the Personnel Unit of Zhenjiang District Education Bureau for on-site interview qualification examination. After the interview qualification examination is qualified, the admission ticket will be issued on the spot, which will be used as a voucher for taking the exam and physical examination.

During the interview qualification examination, "the school agrees to apply for the exam, which proves that there is an opinion of' agreeing to apply for the exam' issued by the local education bureau and stamped with the official seal"; If the information provided by the on-site qualification examination is incomplete, the admission ticket will not be issued.

(2) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants can only choose one position to register, and those who apply for multiple positions will be disqualified.

2. It is not allowed to apply for the post that constitutes avoidance relationship after employment.

Candidates who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the employing unit are not allowed to apply for positions such as secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection, etc. of the person in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership.

3. Candidates must promise not to voluntarily give up interview, physical examination, inspection and employment qualifications. If hired, make sure to report on time.

Those who break their promises will be recorded and will not be allowed to participate in the open recruitment of various institutions at all levels in this district within 3 years.

(3) Examination link

Take a combination of talent dimension evaluation and structured interview.

According to the dimension evaluation score from high to low, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

1. Talent evaluation dimension evaluation

According to the Evaluation Dimension Table for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Zhenjiang District Education System in 2023 (see Annex 3), the candidates are graded, and the basic situation is quantified from the aspects of education, professional title, age and work performance. The full score is 100 (converted into comprehensive score by 60%).

The score of the evaluation dimension table will be published separately in the personnel recruitment column of the portal website of Zhenjiang District People's Government of Shaoguan City.

(1) Respondents.

According to the evaluation dimension table, the scores are from high to low, and the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1: 3 (the interview candidates must be qualified), and those who are less than 1: 3 are interviewed according to the actual number of applicants.

If the interviewer gives up the interview opportunity, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the talent evaluation dimension table.

If there is no replenishment object, it will not be replenished.

(2) Interview method: structured interview method.

The full score of the interview is 100, the score is rounded to two decimal places, and the qualified line is 60.

Candidates whose interview scores are lower than the qualified line scores cannot enter the physical examination and inspection.

40% of the interview results are included in the comprehensive score.

(3) Time and place of interview.

The specific interview list, time and place will be published separately in the personnel recruitment column of the portal website of Zhenjiang District People's Government of Shaoguan City.

3. Achievements

Comprehensive score (full score 100) = score of talent evaluation dimension (full score 100 *60%)+ interview score (full score 100 *40%). Scores should be rounded to three decimal places. If the final scores of the candidates are the same, the ranking is determined according to the scores of the talent evaluation dimension table. If the scores of the talent evaluation dimension table are still the same, the ranking will be determined according to the score order given by the interview chief judge.

4. Examination related requirements

Candidates should bring the admission ticket and valid identity documents to the examination place to draw lots and wait for the exam within the specified time. Those who fail to arrive at the examination place on time or leave without authorization will be disqualified.

5. Within 7 working days after the interview, publish the comprehensive scores and physical examination list of candidates on the portal website of Zhenjiang District People's Government of Shaoguan City ().

Those who fail the physical examination can apply for a second interview within the specified time, and the results will be subject to the conclusion of the second interview.

The inspection of qualified personnel was organized by Zhenjiang Education Bureau in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Institutions (Trial) (Ren Yue Shefa [2010] No.276).

The contents mainly include ideological and political performance, moral quality, law-abiding, work performance, honesty and self-discipline, family planning, and whether it is necessary to avoid it. At the same time, the qualifications of the candidates are reviewed.

(three) those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall be replenished according to the comprehensive scores of the candidates from high to low.

Six, determine the proposed personnel and publicity.

According to the comprehensive test results, inspection and physical examination results, determine the list of personnel to be hired.

The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the portal website of Zhenjiang District People's Government of Shaoguan City ().

During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the list of candidates, it can be put forward in the form of real name, and anonymous complaints are not accepted.

7. Go through the recruitment procedures.

1. Those who have passed the examination, physical examination and investigation, and have no objection to the publicity results, are determined to be the persons to be employed, and the employment procedures shall be handled according to relevant regulations and procedures.

After the employment formalities are completed, the employment contract of the institution shall be signed.

2. Transfer teachers as staff of public institutions and enjoy the wages stipulated by national and provincial policies.

Due to the limitation of the school post structure, the newly hired teachers are temporarily employed as professional and technical 1 1 or 12 posts. After passing the examination, when there are vacancies in the school, you can participate in the post competition organized by this unit to adjust the post.

Eight, other considerations

(a) the examination is conducted under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and the applicants should do a good job in the examination according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

During the examination, epidemic prevention measures will be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control. (2) The admission ticket is an important document for candidates to participate in all aspects of the employment examination. Please take good care of it.

Candidates who take the written test, interview and physical examination must bring the admission ticket and their valid identity documents at the same time (the same as when registering).
