(3) Interview content: adopt a structured interview method. It mainly investigates and understands candidates' logical thinking, language expression and interpersonal skills. The interview time for each candidate is 10 minutes.
(4) Precautions for candidates:
1 and 7: 30 to enter the waiting room of the training building, draw lots as required, get the interview number plate, carefully check my name and position, accurately fill in the lottery registration form and sign it for confirmation. Those who do not arrive at 8:00 will be disqualified from the interview.
2. Turn off the mobile phone and other communication tools, put them in the small envelope distributed by the staff, write my name, and put them on the desktop for the staff to collect. Those who do not voluntarily hand in mobile phones and other communication tools, once found, regardless of whether they use them or not, will be treated as violating discipline and disqualified from the interview.
3. Keep quiet, don't make noise and don't smoke while waiting for the exam. If you need to go to the bathroom, you must get permission from the staff and be accompanied by them.
4. When participating in the interview according to the lottery number, the guide will guide you to the designated waiting area, and you shall not leave without authorization, contact or talk with the candidates who have finished the interview, or ask the staff questions unrelated to the interview.
5. Do not bring any articles and materials related to the interview into the interview examination room during the interview.
6. After the candidates enter the interview examination room under the guidance of the staff, they can only report the interview serial number (that is, the lottery number) to the examiner, and are not allowed to introduce themselves or disclose any personal information (such as the unit, graduation institution, name, ID number and admission ticket number). ). Offenders will be dealt with according to discipline, and the interview qualification will be cancelled on the spot.
7. During the interview, you are not allowed to tick or write in the interview notebook, but you can record your thoughts on the draft paper. After all questions are answered, the examiner should be prompted to leave the examination room "after answering", and it is not allowed to take out the interview notebook and draft paper. Once found out outside the examination room, it will be treated as cheating.
8. After the interview, you are not allowed to return to the waiting room, and the instructor will guide you to leave the examination room.
9. After the interview, you are not allowed to stay in the examination room. If you need to know the interview results, you can wait for the interview results at the interview results announcement outside the examination room. The interview results will be announced after the interview of 5 candidates in each batch.
