According to the unified arrangement of the Central Organization Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Civil Service Bureau, I will conduct a systematic interview for the civil service recruitment examination from February 20 12 to February 2012. See annex 1 for the list of interviewees. In order to do a good job in organizing the examination, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the examination time
Candidates are required to participate in the qualification review and interview order lottery at each test center. See Annex II for the specific time and place of qualification review of each test center.
The interview time is February 1 1 and 12 (Saturday and Sunday). Candidates should prepare for the exam in the waiting room before 8 am15 and 6 pm13:15 respectively. The interview time is from 8: 30am to12: 00pm, and from 6: 5438+03: 30pm to 6: 5438+08: 00pm.
Candidates should prepare for the exam in the waiting room of the test center before February 1 1, 12 at 8: 15 or 6:5438+03: 15. Candidates who are more than 30 minutes late are deemed to have given up taking the exam and are not allowed to enter the waiting room.
Second, the examination place
The interview was organized by the China Banking Regulatory Commission in six cities, Beijing, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Changchun, Jinan, Hefei, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanning, Wuhan, Xi 'an, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Xining and Urumqi.
Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Beijing, Tianjin and Inner Mongolia take the exam at the Beijing test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Hebei and Shanxi take the exam at Taiyuan test center; Candidates who apply for Liaoning and Dalian Banking Regulatory Bureau take the test at Shenyang test center; Candidates who apply for Jilin and Heilongjiang Banking Regulatory Bureau will take the exam at Changchun test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Shandong and Qingdao take the test at the Jinan test center; Candidates who apply for Anhui and Henan Banking Regulatory Bureaus take the test at Hefei test center; Candidates who apply for the Shanghai and Jiangsu Banking Regulatory Bureaus will take the test at the Nanjing test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Zhejiang, Fujian and Ningbo take the test at the Hangzhou test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Guangdong, Hainan and Shenzhen take the exam at the Guangzhou test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan take the exam at the Nanning test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi will take the test at the test center in Wuhan; Candidates who apply for Shaanxi and Ningxia Banking Regulatory Bureau take the exam at xi 'an test center; Candidates who apply for the banking regulatory bureaus in Sichuan, Chongqing and Tibet take the exam at the Chengdu test center; Candidates who apply for the Gansu Banking Regulatory Bureau take the exam at the Lanzhou test center; Candidates who apply for the Qinghai Banking Regulatory Bureau take the exam at the Xining test center; Candidates who apply for Xinjiang Banking Regulatory Bureau take the exam at Urumqi test center.

Iii. Qualification examination
The staff of each test center will carefully check the candidates themselves and their original identity documents (ID card, student ID card, work permit, etc.). ), the registration recommendation form stamped by the school, the certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam, the registration form and other materials prevent and investigate cheating, especially taking the exam, according to the photos and information provided by the competent department of civil servants. For on-the-job candidates, if it is obviously difficult to issue the certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam, it can be provided during physical examination and inspection with the consent of the test center staff. The identification of four project personnel, such as "sending college graduates to work in villages", "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage", "three supports and one support" and "voluntary service for college students in the west", shall be certified by the corresponding competent departments. If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue, which will affect the results of qualification examination, the staff of the test center shall have the right to cancel the qualification of the applicant to participate in the interview, and report the relevant information to the competent department of central civil servants for the record. Four. Interview procedure
Candidates will participate in the qualification review at the designated place of each test center on February 10, and draw lots for interviews. Announce the lottery results on the spot and determine the order and group of participating in the interview. Candidates are divided into four time units: morning 1 1, afternoon 1 1, morning 12 and afternoon 12. Only inform candidates who belong to their own time to prepare for the exam in the waiting room.
Interviews are divided into five categories according to the positions candidates apply for: banking supervision, banking integration, banking law, banking statistics and banking computer.

According to the requirements of the relevant documents of the Central Organization Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, if the ratio of the number of employment plans to the number of people participating in the interview reaches 1:3 or above, the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores after the interview; If the ratio is lower than 1:3, candidates' interview scores should reach the interview qualified score line before entering the inspection and physical examination. The calculation method of comprehensive score is as follows: the total score of public subject written test (administrative ability test and application) accounts for 25%, the score of professional subject written test accounts for 25%, and the interview score accounts for 50%. The score for passing the interview is 60 points (calculated according to the percentage system).
After the interview, the candidates for inspection (physical examination) will be announced on the website of the CBRC, and equal inspection (physical examination) will be implemented.
