Third, the core network bandwidth resources are insufficient.

1, business quality of top-level websites. In the Internet field, the traffic share of leading content websites is usually large, and the hits of top-level websites in browsing, video and games are usually above 90%. Therefore, improving the quality of top-level website business will be the key to enhance user perception. Specific indicators that affect users' perception are: parsing time (ms), first screen opening time (s), page loading time (s), first buffering time (s), total buffering time (s), buffering times packet loss rate (%), delay (ms) and so on.
2. Matching degree between service and bandwidth. This problem usually occurs when users watch videos, because the bandwidth requirements of video services are high, among which the minimum bandwidth requirements are 3M for SD, 6M for HD, 12M for FHD and 23M for UHD. If the user finds that watching video is often stuck, the picture is not smooth and the buffer time is long. Just because the bandwidth is small, it is suggested to increase the contracted bandwidth according to the actual demand.
Four suggestions on how operators can improve users' broadband perception.
1, improving quality, high quality and high bandwidth are the future of broadband market. The number of broadband users above 20Mbps in China is relatively low, which is far from the strategic goal of "Broadband China" that the broadband access capacity of urban and rural households will reach 50Mbps and 12Mbps respectively in 2020. 2. Improve the service, improve the support system and improve the maintenance efficiency. In terms of construction site control, it is necessary to break the invisible "black box" of service and construction, and realize "full transparency" quality control in key links such as appointment, site construction and return visit.
