Gene fortune-telling of human genome map

Scientists in the British government who are responsible for coordinating genetic research say that with the progress of human genetic code research, death is also challenged by science. The scientist predicted that the life span of human beings is likely to be greatly extended in the near future, possibly reaching 1200 years old.

Dr. Gu Jun, head of the National Human Genome North Center, told the reporter that it can be said that all human diseases are related to genes. For example, some people will suffer from baldness and diabetes in their old age, all of which are related to genes. After the publication of the genetic code that records the mysteries of the human body, people will become a "transparent" body. Physicians can predict when they will get sick, what diseases they will get, and which genes will cause diseases, so as to diagnose and treat them with genes, and people's life will be greatly prolonged. Seimi Zhang, Ph.D. in human genomics, said that many scientists believe that human life span is related to cell cycle division, and genetic research can calculate cell life span, thus providing scientific basis for human fortune telling.
