Like last time, I came to a strange city alone.

The train arrives at Guangzhou Railway Station after 1 in the morning. The strangeness here is that I don't know where to go when I get out of the train station.

In fact, I have relatives and friends in Guangzhou to look for, but I didn't look for them, because I think I should be able to face my own survival.

For our internship, firstly, we are still students, and we haven't completely gone out to the society, so we are interns. In fact, in our work, the work we do is the same as that of the employees of the company; Second, we are still novices, unfamiliar with the work, or even ignorant. For us, this internship is a process from strangeness to familiarity.

In order to work, I chose a hotel room. During my internship in Chang 'an last year, I deeply realized the importance of guest rooms and strengthened my confidence in engaging in guest rooms.

In practical work, although I am still an ordinary room attendant, I think my job is not only cleaning, but also a series of complicated procedures. At work, I found that if I want to do a good job freely, I must face up to my work attitude and face my work every day with an optimistic attitude. No matter whether the work is heavy, busy or leisure, I will finish every job with a positive attitude, instead of complaining because of the proportion of the workload, because complaining is useless. What we should do more is not to think things too badly, but to keep a good attitude to face every day. Because a happy attitude will make us not feel tired at work.

Experience is precious, but learning costs more. After my internship in Chang 'an Hotel last year, I got a preliminary understanding of the relevant procedures and some operating skills of guest rooms. But no matter where there are differences, only by continuous learning can we fill the shortcomings and achieve the expected goals. Of course, learning is a process that takes time to nourish. However, the most basic thing is to finish learning in the shortest time, otherwise it will be the trouble and failure of customer service. On April 3rd, the guest in room 1 105 called the room center and said that they could not watch TV. I immediately felt this scene. But when I arrived at the scene, I simply listened to the description of the guests and began to check. Actually, it's very simple. The power is not plugged in. However, I didn't find it. Later, I asked the guests to wait and call the engineering department to repair it. The guest asked to change rooms. I have to inform the room center and the front office to change rooms according to the requirements of the guests. Later, the engineering department came to check and found that it was only a power problem, and the power supply at the lower left of the TV was not turned on. Such a simple question led to a change in a room. I think this is the biggest failure of my customer service.

I am an adult, so we must understand what we are facing. We must be strong no matter what. We should learn to prove ourselves to be a strong person with our own efforts. We shouldn't add so much pressure and burden to others. We must solve our own problems first, and try to sum up the following journeys we have gone through before, so as to lay the foundation for future development. In the future work, we should continue to give play to our own advantages and strengths, constantly create miracles and create our own starry sky. Our future may be stormy, but as long as our internal and external skills are strong enough, we will ride the wind and waves, and we will all break out of our own world.

I think I will work in the hotel for a few more years. I will still be practical, work hard and stick to my own direction. I will continue to work hard!
