Those who have no room and buy the first suite in this city are not subject to household registration restrictions. The detailed rules announced this time refine the policy that the first suite of high-level talents is not restricted by household registration.
According to the Measures, high-level talents are divided into five categories. The first category is the A, B and C talents in the Measures for the Settlement of Talents in Nanjing (Trial); The second category is the core team members in key enterprises (projects) introduced by the government; The third category is the core team members in the new R&D organization; The fourth category is the talents of universities and research institutes equivalent to A, B and C; The fifth category is other high-level talents recognized by the municipal government.
The "Measures" also clearly pointed out that these five types of high-level talents can only apply for buying houses if they, their spouses and minor children have no housing in this city and have signed a labor contract or employment documents with the employer for more than 1 year. Both conditions are indispensable.
In addition, all kinds of talents and units can apply to the municipal talent housing office through the information system. City real estate bureau in conjunction with the relevant district government, combined with the current situation of newly listed commercial housing, optimize the supply of some high-level talent housing. In principle, the houses raised by each project shall not exceed 10% of the sales volume applied for listing, and the sales volume of more than 500 sets shall not exceed 6%. At the same time, these houses are not included in the scope of notarization.
According to the method, high-level talents buy commercial housing by lottery. The house purchase shall meet the requirements of real-name registration system, and the house buyer shall not change his name after subscription. If the buyer and the seller need to terminate the contract after the contract is filed, the returned house will be given priority to other high-level talents.
