Worship Buddha before visa, that is, bow down to Buddha and Bodhisattva. When you worship Buddha, you should bow down slowly, stand up slowly, and move slowly, easily, gently, clearly and naturally.
Don't let this process be tense and hasty. Worship Buddha should not be flustered, busy, anxious or chaotic. If the movement is unstable, you can't get a calm heart, and you can't understand the meaning of worshipping Buddha.
