First, review the lottery.

3. Organize a lucky draw. After all the candidates are present, the staff will organize the candidates to draw lots to determine the examination order and examination room of the candidates. In most places, starting from the first place in the written test, candidates are organized to draw lots in turn according to the written test results of the same position to decide the test order and examination room.
Second, wait for the exam.
Candidates will wait for the exam in the waiting room. The waiting room is usually the hotel where the test center is located, the conference room of the hotel or the classroom of the school. After the candidates participate in the lottery, the candidates who have obtained the same position will be arranged in the same waiting room to wait for the exam. The seats in the waiting room are generally arranged in a fixed way, and candidates need to sit in the order of drawing lots. Some examination rooms have no strict requirements and can sit freely.
Third, the exam.
Layout of examination room: The examination room is divided into examiner's seat, invigilator's seat, timing and scoring seat and examinee's seat.
The examiner's seat is 2-3 meters in front of the examinee's seat and consists of 7-9 examiners. The examiner is the chief examiner and plays a leading and guiding role in the whole interview process 2. The invigilator seat and the timing and scoring seat are on both sides of the candidates. During the interview, the timekeeper is responsible for recording the candidate's answer time, and according to the examination discipline, when the answer time is 1-3 minutes, give the candidate the necessary time reminder. The reminding method is generally voice reminding or placard reminding.
Fourth, publish the results.
There are two ways for colleges and universities to announce structured interview results, one is on-site announcement, and the other is afterwards announcement.
