Aj 1 is divided into two versions.
One version is a normal version with no air cushion at all, only a pair of shoes, insoles and a midsole, so there is no air cushion and no stepping.
Another version, aj 1 zoom, is a shoe with a full palm zoom air cushion. There is a full-field zoom air cushion under the insole of this pair of shoes. Generally, you don't have to step on it, and your feet will feel good.
