Production materials:
Ingredients: durian120g, butter120g, sugar 200g, salt 2g, 2 eggs, fresh milk 90g, coconut milk 60g, low flour 300g and baking powder 6g.
Exercise:
1. Soften butter, add sugar and salt, add eggs several times and mix well;
2. Add fresh milk and coconut milk and mix well (and flour should be added in turn);
3. Add durian velvet, sift in flour and baking powder, stir for 1 min, pour into paper cup mold for 7 minutes, bake at 180℃ for about 20 minutes, or until the cake surface is golden yellow.
