I. Introduction Plan
This time, it is planned to introduce 200 urgently needed talents in public institutions, including education posts 1 19, 48 health posts and 33 comprehensive posts. The number of people to be introduced and the post requirements can be found in the post requirements table of introducing urgently needed and scarce talents (the eleventh batch) in Linxia City, Gansu Province in 2022.
Second, introduce the object.
The target of introduction is 2022 fresh graduates and previous graduates. After interview and assessment, the fresh graduates signed a tripartite agreement on employment of college graduates, and obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates before employment. Previous graduates signed an employment agreement after interview and assessment, and were employed in time according to the specified time.
Third, the introduction conditions
(1) basic conditions
Adhere to excellent academic performance and highlight political standards. Applicants must meet the following basic conditions:
1. has the nationality of China people and enjoys the basic political rights of citizens;
2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the socialist system, abide by the law, be firm in politics, have good conduct and good overall quality, and voluntarily work in Linxia City;
3. Undergraduate under 30 years old (1992 65438+ 10 month 1 day and after); Graduate students are 35 years old and below (198711born on or after June 65438); Medical staff with doctoral students and intermediate titles or above are under 45 years old (born after 1977 1);
4. You must obtain both a diploma and a degree certificate. Education posts must have corresponding teacher qualification certificates or primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificates issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education (see attached table for specific requirements);
5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
6. Meet other conditions required for the introduction work.
(two) one of the following circumstances is not applicable:
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
2. Suspected of violating discipline and law is under review and investigation, and no conclusion has been reached;
3. There is a record of the person who has been executed for dishonesty and a record of public security punishment, and he has been punished during his study or work;
4. Staff of government agencies and institutions in Linxia Prefecture (including project personnel);
5. In the past three years, after applying for the introduction of talents in Linxia Prefecture, he gave up and has gone through the dismissal procedures;
6. Providing false documents and materials;
7. Military personnel;
8 personnel files found in the audit affect the introduction of the situation;
9. Other circumstances in which it is forbidden to be employed as a staff member of a public institution according to laws and regulations.
Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Online Registration
1. Registration time. From the date of announcement to the end of April 25 18: 00, registration will not be accepted after the deadline, and registration will not charge any fees. Education and health posts can be reported to the state and municipal institutions at the same time, but the registration between county and city posts shall not be repeated. Other positions are limited to one for each person.
2. Registration method. Applicants download and fill in the Application Form for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Linxia City, Gansu Province (Annex 2) on Linxia Municipal People's Government Network and Linxia Organization Network, and indicate the position to apply for, and send it to the registration mailbox (lxswrczx@ 163.com) together with other required materials. The remarks in the email header are "name+candidate+job code+contact number". I am responsible for other consequences caused by personal information errors.
3. Required materials.
Freshmen: registration form (Annex 2), valid identity certificate, online verification report of student status of the Ministry of Education (graduate students are required to provide undergraduate diploma and degree certificate), school report card, employment recommendation form for graduates, professional qualification certificate, general certificate (including national English first-class certificate and national computer first-class certificate), and scanned copies of various award-winning certificates at or above the school level.
Previous students: registration form (Annex 2), valid identity certificate, graduation certificate, degree certificate, school report card, professional qualification certificate, professional title certificate, general certificate (including national English grade and national computer grade certificate), scientific research achievements, award-winning certificates at or above the school level and other relevant documents required by the post. Returned overseas students should also provide foreign academic degree certificates certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
(2) qualification examination. The employer and the competent department are responsible for the preliminary qualification examination, organize the human and social departments to conduct qualification review, determine the interviewers and call them. The qualification review is mainly based on the materials provided by the candidates, accounting for 30% of the total score. Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview. Audit runs through the whole process of talent introduction.
(3) Interview evaluation
1. Interview time. The specific time and place will be announced separately. In principle, the interview and assessment work shall be completed before the end of May (due to irresistible factors such as epidemic situation, it may be postponed appropriately).
2. interview method. Take structured interview, professional ability test and other forms to quantitatively score the interviewers. The interview content includes necessary professional quality, professional ability, ideological and political performance, work (study) performance, etc. The interview was divided into three groups: comprehensive, education and health, and scored on the spot. Interview score 100%, minus one point and one minimum score. If the interview score is less than 80 points, it will be unqualified and will not be introduced. Those who pass the interview sign the contract according to the total score from high to low (interview score accounts for 70%, comprehensive evaluation accounts for 30%), and those whose total score is less than 80% will not be introduced. If the total score is the same, it shall be determined according to the order of comprehensive evaluation score from high to low. If the interview and comprehensive evaluation are the same, try again to determine the ranking.
3. interview requirements. Interviewers should hold valid identity documents, interview notices and original registration materials to participate in the interview. Those who lack one of the above documents are not allowed to participate in the interview. Interviewers should do personal protection according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
The interview results are published on official websites such as the website of Linxia Municipal People's Government.
(4) physical examination. Interviewers shall conduct physical examination in general hospitals at or above the county level according to the civil service physical examination standards (at their own expense). If re-examination is required according to regulations, it shall not be carried out in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out 1 time. The results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
(5) inspection. According to the requirements of introducing jobs, we take various forms to make a comprehensive investigation on the political thought, moral quality and professional ability of the candidates. The investigation was conducted in various ways, such as consulting files, checking documents, on-the-spot investigation, and talking, to investigate whether the applicants met the prescribed post qualifications, whether the relevant information materials provided were true and accurate, and whether there was any job avoidance. In accordance with the Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Archives and the Regulations on the Work of Cadres' Personnel Files, the files of the inspected objects were strictly examined. Seriously investigate and deal with problems such as material fraud and false personal experience in archives. If the problem is not found out and the treatment is not in place, the employment procedures will not be handled.
Those who fail the physical examination and inspection or who give up their qualifications will be replenished in equal amount in the order of the total score from high to low after approval (those who are interviewed or whose total score is less than 80 points may not be replenished), and the replenishment will only be made once.
(6) Promoting employment. The qualified personnel of physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the website of Linxia Municipal People's Government for 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the introduction, the employment procedures shall be handled. The probation period for introducing talents is 1 year, and those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified. The minimum service life of imported talents is 3 years. Graduates of the class of 2022 will arrange jobs after obtaining diplomas and degree certificates. If you can't provide graduation certificate, degree certificate and other documents before signing the employment contract, your employment qualification will be cancelled and the vacancy will not be filled.

(5) children go to school.
