1) Investor subscription (the day of subscription of new shares): Investors should pay the subscription money in full and entrust the subscription before the subscription time (9: 30am ~165438+0: 30pm or1:00pm). You can't subscribe without funds (you can issue shares at the earliest according to whether there are stocks in the account). Pay attention to two points: First, each account can only subscribe for the same new share once (excluding funds and convertible bonds). Repeat subscription, only the first subscription is valid. (3) Capital verification and numbering (the second day after subscription): According to the final effective subscription amount and the rule of allocating one number to Shanghai Stock Exchange 1000 shares (500 shares in Shenzhen Stock Exchange), the firm will automatically uniformly and continuously number the effective subscriptions. Note: The minimum subscription quantity of the two cities is different, with 500 shares in Shenzhen and 0/000 shares in Shanghai/KLOC.

(4) Lottery (the third day after purchase): announce the winning rate, organize a lottery according to the total number of people and the winning rate, and announce the winning results the next day.

(5) Announce the winning number and unfreeze the funds (the fourth day after the subscription): unfreeze the unsuccessful subscription.
