This is the quality competition rule published by the World Taekwondo Federation and the China Taekwondo Association. If useful, please set the top:
1) Competition venues
The competition area is set in the stadium, which is a square of 12m * 12m, and should be a barrier-free horizontal plane. Its floor is elastic mat or wooden floor. According to needs, a 0.5m ~ 0.6m high competition table can be built, and the inclination angle of the competition table should be less than 30. In the comprehensive competition, the venue can be adjusted as needed.
1, division of site:
(1) Set the competition venue with the width of 12m * 12m as the competition area. (The site within a distance of 1m-2m from the boundary line is a safe area. The width of a golf course is14m *14m16m *16m).
(2) A white line with a width of 5cm should be drawn to distinguish the competition area of the wooden floor court.
2. Location of stadium personnel
(1) Referee position: During the competition, there are 7 referees in total. According to the position of the sideline of the competition venue, there are 4 referees in the front row and 3 referees in the back row. The distance between the playing field and the judges' positions is 1m, and the distance between the judges is 2m. The judges' positions are arranged clockwise. If the five-cut system is adopted, there are three referees in front and two referees in the back.
(2) Referee's location: it is located next to referee 1.
(3) Athletes' position: 2m from the center of the competition field to the third sideline.
(4) Recorder's location: 2m at the intersection of the first and fourth boundary lines.
(5) The position of the person subjected to execution: 2m at the intersection of the first and second boundary lines.
(6) The position of coaches and athletes ready to play: 3m at the intersection of the third and fourth borderlines.
(7) Inspection table position: An inspection table is set at the entrance of the stadium to check the athletes' clothing, specified items and whether there is any abnormality.

(2) Athletes and coaches
1 athlete
(1) Qualification: Individual member of China Taekwondo Association.
(2) clothing:
A: You must wear the uniform designated by China Taekwondo Association to participate in the competition sponsored by China Taekwondo Association.
B: There is no restriction on the material of athletes' costumes in Taekwondo Dance Competition (other martial arts costumes are not allowed), but it should be a generally recognized uniform style. Athletes participating in Taekwondo dance competitions should also refer to the uniforms designated by China Taekwondo Association when wearing uniforms.
(3) Precautions:
1) It is forbidden to use or take drugs prohibited by the IOC;
2) The Chinese Taekwondo Association shall check the drug use as needed. When an athlete refuses to check or confirm taking illegal drugs, the ranking obtained will be cancelled, and the ranking will be replaced, and the athlete will be punished according to relevant regulations;
3) Athletes should confirm the competition order and wait. If they exceed roll call time for 3 minutes, they will be disqualified;
4) The Chinese Taekwondo Association, the organizer and the organizer can't be held responsible for accidental casualties during the competition. However, the accident caused by intentional behavior shall be investigated for the responsibility of the negligent party.
Step 2 train
(1) Qualification:
Answer: Complete at least one training course for public Taekwondo coaches sponsored by China Taekwondo Association;
B: I completed the coach registration this year, and my body and mind are healthy;
C: Hold the qualification certificate of Volkswagen Taekwondo coach.
(2) clothing:
1) The coaches participating in the competition should wear the ID cards uniformly issued by the competition;
2) The coach's clothing must not be too bright, and it must not be the same as the referee's clothing.
(3) Precautions
1) coaches must be familiar with and abide by the rules of the game;
2) Coaches should protect athletes and actively assist in competitions;
3) Coaches can only serve as coaches of the teams to which they belong at the time of registration;
4) The coach is not allowed to enter the competition venue without permission.
(3) Competition level
1, divided into men and women.
2. The competition types are as follows:
(1) quality team competition:
1) Take any chapter of Taiji 5-8 specified by the World Taekwondo Federation as the specified competition content (applicable to domestic competitions);
2) Choose a chapter of the products specified by the World Taekwondo Federation as the content of the optional competition, and do not repeat the specified competition content;
3) No less than 6 people and no more than 8 people, regardless of gender, participate in the quality team competition;
4) Only 1 person can sign up for the competition in each team.
(2) Individual competition of quality
1) There are only four groups of adults, young people, teenagers and children, which are divided into men and women, and are not graded according to weight;
2) Choose a chapter from the products designated by the World Taekwondo Federation as the content of the competition.
(4) The competition mode of the World Championships
1. International competitions recognized by the World Taekwondo Federation must have players from more than four countries at all levels.
2, the way of competition:
(1) single defeat knockout;
(2) single defeat and full resurrection
(3) Single defeat round robin
3. Finals: The finals of all competition modes need two product comparisons.
Note: (1) Single-loss round robin is divided into preliminaries, semi-finals and finals;
(2) In the preliminaries, 50% of the players will be eliminated with the first specified quality;
(3) The semi-final adopts the second designated product to compete and selects the top 8 players;
(4) In the final, the two products that were not selected in the designated products for the second time competed, and the top three were admitted;
(5) Except for single-loss round robin, the contents of the preliminaries and rematches of other competition modes are all designated products.
Vii) Competitive product potential (creating product potential)
Note: 1: 1. The products must have the meaning of quality;
1) The participating products must have a clear walking route;
2) The technical movements of Taekwondo are mainly free combination.

(8), quality competition time
1, competition time at all levels
(1) individual competition: 1 min 30 seconds;
(2) Team competition: 1 min 30 seconds;
(3) Mixed race: 1 min 30 seconds;
2. Take a break between the first and second designated products 1 minute.
Note: 1 minute break refers to the time after quitting.
(9) draw lots
1. Before the start date of the competition, officials of the Chinese Taekwondo Association and representatives of the participating teams attended the lottery ceremony and conducted an electronic lottery in public.
2. Officials of China Taekwondo Association will draw lots for teams that did not participate in the lottery ceremony.
3. The contents of the lottery ceremony are published online, and the delegates who did not attend the delegates' meeting must fully accept all the contents.
(10), foul behavior and punishment
1, the referee fouled.
2. If a foul is found, points will be deducted.
3. Fouls include:
(1) An athlete or coach makes inappropriate words and deeds;
(2) Let the referee feel that the athlete or coach has done something that Taekwondo practitioners should not do;
(3) interfering with the referee's ruling or interfering with the athletes' competition.
