According to the provisions of Article 4, Article 5, Article 6 and Article 9 of these Measures, the Zhejiang Excellent Landscape Engineering Award shall be submitted to the Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society after being qualified and signed by the Landscape Architecture Association of the city where the project is located. In areas where no landscape architecture association has been established, the competent department of landscape architecture industry where the project is located may conduct qualification examination and recommend it to Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society. Cross-regional and inter-provincial projects should be qualified by the landscape architecture society or the competent department of landscape architecture in the city where the enterprise is registered, and recommended to the Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society.
The preliminary evaluation work is organized by Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society, and the preliminary evaluation team consists of 3-5 landscape experts, relevant personnel of the provincial society, local authorities and relevant personnel of the society (association), and the geographical distribution is determined by random drawing.
Contents and requirements of preliminary assessment:
1, review the project application materials, and consult or check the technical files of the project, especially the quality evaluation materials.
2. Listen to the reporting unit's report on the project construction and quality, and consult relevant words, images and photos.
3, on-site inspection of engineering quality, all the project content and parts required by the preliminary evaluation team must meet.
4, listen to the use of units, the local administrative department of landscape engineering quality evaluation.
5. After the internal review of the preliminary evaluation team, the existing deficiencies will be fed back to the reporting unit through the local landscape architecture (association) or the garden administrative department.
6. The preliminary evaluation team shall submit a preliminary evaluation report to the evaluation committee of the Institute.
The final evaluation of "Excellent Landscape Engineering Award" in Zhejiang Province is undertaken by the evaluation committee organized by Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society. The review committee consists of industry experts and relevant personnel from research institutes and relevant departments.
The evaluation work adheres to the principles of strictness, seriousness, fairness, impartiality and overall consideration. The review meeting must be attended by the members of the review committee, and no representative shall be appointed to attend.
According to the application materials of the recommended projects and the written preliminary evaluation report of the preliminary evaluation team, the evaluation Committee will finally determine the list of winning projects by secret ballot through the evaluation materials.
The project to be awarded by the jury will be publicized on the website of Zhejiang Construction Information Port and the Society. After the publicity, the winners will be officially announced by the society.
