First, the principle of enrollment
In the autumn of 2022, junior high school freshmen in Dongqiao Development Zone will be admitted to school. In principle, they will be admitted to school free of charge according to the location of their household registration, so as to ensure that qualified primary school graduates in the region receive compulsory education.

Primary school graduates who have completed six-year compulsory education in primary schools.

Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone Middle School [hereinafter referred to as Dongqiao Middle School (including Wan 'an Campus)], Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone No.2 Middle School (hereinafter referred to as Dongqiao No.2 Middle School), Ningde No.1 Middle School (hereinafter referred to as Ningde No.1 Middle School) and Ningde Experimental School.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) registration method
(1) Primary school graduates who have the household registration and real estate license of Dongqiao Development Zone (if * * * has the property right, and the legal guardian holds 50% or more of the property right) and now live in Dongqiao area.
1. Admissions School
Dongqiao Middle School (including Wan 'an Campus), Dongqiao No.2 Middle School, Ningde No.1 Middle School (the enrollment number is determined by the Municipal Recruitment Committee) and Ningde Experimental School (enjoying the treatment of public school students in compulsory education stage, *** 100 students).
2. Regional division
(1) Dongqiao Middle School (including Wan 'an Campus): In principle, it accepts primary school graduates from Dongqiao area in the area west of Jinxi and south of the north shore of East Lake. Including Lanxi Community (except Shuian Sunshine Community and Haibin No.1 Community), Wu Liting Community, Lanting Community, Qiaoxing Community, Damenshan Community, Fuchun Community, Overseas Chinese New Village Community, Hubin Community, Tarnum Community and Wan 'an Community. The specific measures for the arrangement of freshmen in the headquarters and Wan 'an Campus shall be formulated by Dongqiao Middle School and announced separately.
(2) Dongqiao No.2 Middle School: In principle, primary school graduates from Dongqiao area on the north shore of East Lake north of Jinxi will be accepted. Including Tianshan Community, Shuguang Community, Yili Community, Yingbin Community, Waterfront Sunshine Community and Coast No.1 Community.
(3) Middle School of Ningde No.1 Middle School: accept Dongqiao household registration primary school graduates.
(4) Ningde Experimental School: accept Dongqiao registered primary school graduates.
3. Registration method
(1) Dongqiao Middle School (including Wan 'an Campus) and Dongqiao No.2 Middle School: register according to the enrollment area.
(2) Ningde No.1 Middle School and Ningde Experimental School: register in their respective schools on a voluntary basis. After the preliminary examination of the school is summarized, it will be reported to the Education Bureau of the Development Zone on July 22, 2022, and will be audited by the Recruitment Committee of the Development Zone.
Students studying in Ningde No.1 Middle School and Ningde Experimental School will be selected by online lottery at 3 pm on August 19 in accordance with the principle of fairness and openness. Those who are not selected will return to the original enrollment school. If the number of applicants is insufficient, except for direct admission by the school, the rest of the degrees will be determined by the Recruitment Committee of the Development Zone. If a new student fails to report for duty within the time limit, the school will not reserve its quota in principle.
When registering for the above two types of students, parents or legal guardians are required to provide the original and photocopy of household registration book, real estate license and ID card.
(2) Primary school graduates in other special circumstances.
1. The student's household registration is not in Dongqiao, and both parents are transferred to Dongqiao Development Zone to work and need to live with their parents. Parents of students are required to provide the original and photocopy of the household registration book and ID card, and the proof of the unit where they work.
2. Children of personnel who need to make relevant provisions (minutes of meetings of the municipal party committee, municipal government or Party working committee, management committee, and research decisions of the recruitment committee) due to key project construction or investment attraction. Parents of students are required to provide household registration book, original and photocopy of ID card, employment certificate of the enterprise where they work, relevant meeting minutes or research decision documents of the recruitment committee.
3. Children of employees of industrial enterprises are transferred to Dongqiao Industrial Park in primary school, which is not a local household registration school. Parents of students are required to provide household registration book, original and photocopy of ID card, employment certificate of the enterprise where they work, and social security payment certificate of more than 1 year (certificate of ownership or immovable property right for purchasing "Happy Garden" affordable housing).
4. Children of active servicemen, children of high-level talents, children of disabled policemen who are brave in public service, children of national comprehensive fire rescue team personnel, children of Taiwanese businessmen and other preferential policies, In accordance with the Ministry of Education and the former General Political Department's Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Preferential Measures for the Education of Military Children in Ningde City (No.5 of Ning Jiao Zong [2016]) and the Supplementary Notice on the Implementation of Preferential Measures for the Education of Military Children in Fujian Province (joint [20 17] 65438+). Parents or legal guardians of the above five types of students hold relevant materials to register at the designated place of the Education Bureau (that is, the first floor of the primary school attached to Ningshi No.2, the same below), and arrange study after being audited by the Recruitment Committee of the Development Zone.
(3) Children of migrant workers with non-local household registration.
According to the spirit of documents such as the Notice of the General Office of the State Council Forwarding the Opinions of the Ministry of Education and other departments on Further Improving the Compulsory Education for Migrant Workers' Children (No.78 [2003] of the State Council) and the Notice of the Fujian Provincial Department of Education on Further Improving the Admission Service for Migrant Workers' Children (No.69 [20/KLOC-0]), schools with balanced enrollment plans accept primary schools for migrant workers' children enrolled in schools in development zones and other counties and cities.
1. Enrollment schools: Dongqiao Middle School (including Wan 'an Campus) and Dongqiao No.2 Middle School.
2. Application for registration: If the children of migrant workers with non-local household registration apply to attend a middle school in Dongqiao District, their parents must hold the primary school graduation certificate, the original and photocopy of the household registration book, the original and photocopy of the student's parents' ID card, and the original and photocopy of the student's parents' residence permit handled by Dongqiao Public Security Bureau (the date of issuance of the residence permit is February 28, 2022), and register at the designated place of Dongqiao Education Bureau during the enrollment time, which will be reviewed by the Recruitment Committee of Development Zone. Anyone who finds fraud will be found out.
3. Admission method: Schools with full enrollment plans will no longer accept migrant children; If the number of applicants does not exceed the balance of the school enrollment plan, they will be arranged to attend the school after verification by the Development Zone Recruitment Committee; Beyond the balance of the enrollment plan, determined by lottery. 4. Registration time: It will be notified separately according to relevant documents.
Matters needing attention about intransitive verbs
1. Schools are not allowed to recruit any form of school choice students, nor are they allowed to take care of students who do not meet the admission requirements in the name of "co-construction with departments (units)".
2. Each school should control the class size, and the number of students in each class in grade seven should not exceed 50 in principle. Schools are strictly forbidden to recruit students from different regions, and children of migrant workers who do not meet the requirements shall not be recruited.
3. Any seventh-grade freshmen who have applied for schools in foreign countries or admitted by private schools may not apply for registration.
4. Students who graduated from primary schools in non-Dongqiao Development Zone or Jiaocheng District are required to submit the registration form for primary school to junior high school in 2022 and the primary school graduation certificate.
5. The confirmation time for school-age students to move into Dongqiao Development Zone is June 30, 2022.
6. Students confirmed by the lottery to receive schools are not allowed to transfer.
7. The local household registration referred to in this article refers to the household registration of Dongqiao or Jiaocheng.
