The interview is based on the qualification examination standard and interview examination outline of primary and secondary school teachers formulated by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, and mainly examines the basic qualities of teachers such as professional cognition, psychological quality, gfd, speech expression and thinking quality, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.

In principle, the preparation time is 20 minutes and the interview time is 20 minutes.
Interview procedure:
Candidates enter the venue. Candidates arrive at the waiting room designated by the interview test center at the specified time with the corresponding identity verification materials. Candidates who are late for 15 minutes are not allowed to enter the waiting room, and the interview results will be treated as absence.
Authentication. The invigilator verifies the original materials such as the candidate's admission ticket and ID card, as well as the information such as interview sites, examination time, study period and subjects, organizes the candidates to sign, reads out the Code of Interview for Candidates, the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Actions in National Education Examination (Excerpt) and matters needing attention, and reminds the candidates to participate in the interview according to the prescribed procedures and requirements.
Draw lots in groups. According to the arrangement of test sites, invigilators organize candidates to draw lots according to the interview order, and register the number of candidates' lottery order. Maintain the normal order of the waiting room.
