Facing the huge demand of high-end equipment/intelligent manufacturing industry in Shandong Province and Yantai City for robot professionals, this major was established in 2020 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and relying on the national virtual simulation experiment teaching project of welding industry robots, and enrollment began in the same year. Specializing in the national virtual simulation teaching project and national first-class courses of welding industrial robots, we have built a first-class robot laboratory in China.
