I have been interviewed twice, and the first time I failed, the interview was very general. Second place in the second interview, from the third place in the written test to the first place in the total score. I also have some ideas about the interview, hoping to help you.
The key to the interview is to establish our own framework. Our topic is usually to set a situation and ask us how to analyze this phenomenon or solve this problem. This is the most common problem. Generally speaking, as long as you have some basic learning, you will have a general understanding of the steps to solve the problem (you can understand it through interview classes or read the textbooks yourself), but the most common problem is that sometimes you have ideas, but you don't know how to express them. That is to say, there is no framework when answering questions, which leads to our thoughts being east and west, and there is no way to connect them.
If you want to build a high score framework, just follow the original interview class, which is used to build a high score framework in a short time. As a candidate who has experienced ground class and online work, there is not much conflict between the two classes. The ground class focuses on templates, while the original class of teacher Cong focuses more on letting us organize the framework with our own ideas.
When analyzing a problem, Mr. Yuan Cong will start with the topic and find the breakthrough point. We usually have nothing to say, but we don't know the stem thoroughly enough to find something to analyze.
Teacher Yuan Cong will analyze from the inside of the system, so her analytical thinking is more in line with the examiner's thinking, and the framework is built on the basis of analytical thinking. Each of us has a different view on the topic, so the framework is also very different. This framework with personal characteristics is easier to stand out in the examination room.
After listening to teacher Yuan Cong's class, I obviously feel that I have more perspectives and more ideas. After later practice and consolidation, I have been able to quickly build my own high score framework when I see the topic, and I can basically complete the framework within 40 seconds before the exam.
Once we have a framework, we can follow this idea step by step when analyzing problems. When I expressed according to the framework, I obviously felt that my language was much smoother. With the framework as a guide, I will not forget the following thinking phenomenon when I speak.
Moreover, if you master the method of building a framework, you can improvise in the examination room, and even if you draw an unprepared question, you can quickly clear your mind.
