What is an internship? How do normal students practice?

I am a junior, I don't know anything, and I am approaching an internship. What should I do?

A semester is coming to an end soon, and now it's almost time for normal students to practice, so I spent some time knocking on relevant experiences and problems at home and sharing them with all my brothers and sisters.

The experience here is not only for students who are about to practice in junior year, but also for most sophomore students who are confused or have clear goals in the future.

Since we have chosen a normal major, everyone will get a teacher establishment or related work more or less after graduation, so these people should know and enrich themselves in advance. Because the internship is not the last few months to have great progress and results, but the preparation in advance, so it is you who landed before graduation ~

First of all, many normal students are completely confused about the concept and significance of internship before they have an internship (I am like this! ! ! ) There is a great difference between normal students' internship and normal students' off-campus internship. The internship of normal students gives me the feeling that most of them are similar to apprentices and apprentices learning and practicing. In this process, you are faced with a group of devotees who will not have any conflict of economic interests, and they will unconditionally love to accept you. At this time, the mentality is a little different from your part-time job.

So, what is the internship of normal students? In several aspects:

A. The internship of normal students means that we need to study and practice in private or public schools. This study and practice is mainly to do housework at school, listen to the teacher and attend classes by myself. The internship school will assign you a mentor, similar to the mentoring relationship.

B. Facing our own school, our task should be combined with the rigid requirements given to us by the school. For example, the school will assign the tasks that the internship must complete: the internship period should be no less than 14 class, be responsible for the work of the deputy head teacher, fill in the internship manual given to you by the school, and complete a relevant investigation report on the proposition given to you by the school. ...

If there is a holiday, the classmates of the internship school will have a holiday with you. You can ask for leave, and the school will formulate a leave system. When you need to take time off, you will follow the process, and 99% of the reasons will be approved.

The forms of practice are mainly divided into: teaching; Multi-disciplinary practice; Centralized practice of a single discipline; Decentralized independent practice.

The forms of internship can be divided into these types. Will people doubt that they can understand it? Why are they divided into these types?

Everyone wants to go to a convenient and few internship places, and the resources are not enough. Of course, this convenience varies from person to person, and the difference is not bad on the whole.

Teaching: Some schools are short of teachers and need to assign students to practice in the past. It takes about 4.5 months from the start of school to the end of the internship term, and the internship time is fixed. Teaching means that you were a semi-full-time teacher in your past internship, and the general subsidy is about 1000 yuan, depending on the actual situation. This quota accounts for about 5%- 10%, and the extra numbers will be randomly selected.

Multi-disciplinary concentrated internship (internship in experimental area): some students from various disciplines go to the same school for internship. These practice schools are mainly located far away from your university. The internship lasts for one semester, and the credits are rewarded. Those who fail the course or have no extra time to study can choose. The quota is about 5%- 10%, and the extra quota will be randomly selected.

Single-discipline centralized internship: the internship school only accepts interns from one discipline in your university and arranges them in the city where your university is located. The length of internship depends on the arrangement of your school. Each internship school has a specific quota, and the extra quota will be decided by random drawing.

Decentralized independent internship: two or more people contact the school that wants to practice on their own and report to the academic affairs office of the university where they are located for review. The quota accounts for about 15%, giving priority to the general postgraduate entrance examination (shh), and the extra quota is randomly drawn.

After understanding the basic forms of these internships, you can choose according to your own situation.

Nothing is particularly good, only what suits you is the best.

Don't waste any time aimlessly in your university, carefully accumulate and prepare, and do what you are doing to the extreme.

I hope I have made it clear enough ~ Please leave a message about the questions you want to know, and I will share my experience with you.
